The drive through was horrible. The young lady took our order wrong and i had to repeat it several times. There were 3 cars in front of me and when I get to the window, she informs me that there is a wait for one of my orders. I had to change my order and that was fine, but there was no regard for my inconvenience. I simply sorry would have sufficed.

Never going to this Panda Express again!!! I went through the drive-through, and they told me there was A five minute wait for Orange Chicken. They told us to wait in the front and they would bring our order to us. Then Fifteen Minutes go by and I went inside to ask about my order, they tell me there’s now a way for the string bean chicken. I was a little mad by this point because about 20 minutes had passed. Then six minutes after I go back inside to ask for my order once again and they tell me that now I have to wait for orange chicken. When I asked for a refund the lady in the front called her manager who denied to speak to us, the lady in the register was very rude, giving me attitude.

I came in through the drive-through To order food just to be charged for the wrong order from Jonathan asked him when will I get my refund his response was I don’t know. I never got what I actually ordered cause they were taking to long so I basically paid $16.78 to wait in line for nothing and the woman who was heavy set I think was the manager was no help either she had the same response.

I just had my son go to panda to get the family food. My son is 16 years old, so although young, he’s use to going to get food weekly. What he brought back was a big disappointment especially when you’re spending $30+. The chow mein was dry and hard, he said the lady scrapped the bowl collecting the last couple of walnut shrimp which tasted and looked like it had been sitting for hours. The chicken egg rolls and Cheese Rangoons tasted the worse I’ve ever tasted at any Panda. I literally had to spend money elsewhere to feed my family this night and it’s just a big disappointment from what was once my favorite restaurant.

I found 5 pieces of hair in my food that was for to go when I called to complain about it the manager told me the only way to get a refund was to come back physically with the receipt and food what a big inconvenience other places that has happened they process the refund over the phone do not eat here
