I am vegetarian. Love the customer service here. It’s never popular with the servers at any Panda Express but they always scoop me the vegetable only of the entrees when I request it. I appreciate that. I mean, you scoop all day and you’re getting paid to scoop so to aim for the vegetables is not that different than not aiming. I had just got turned down from the requested vegetarian option for the first time in my life down the street at Wheatland 5 minutes before coming here. Never happened before. Luckily this place is extremely close and the people here are cool. So, so was my food!

The vegetables are excellent at Panda Express. That’s why I come here. And the fried cheeses and fried veggie springrolls.

Do not waste your time or money…this location has toddler size entree portions. It was a crime to even call them “entrees”. I ordered the broccoli beef, honey fried shrimp, anad fried rice. The shrimp entree was six tiny shrimp, but the broccoli beef was even smaller. Under an a few stalks of broccoli was 3 tiny slivers of beef. All the beef was literally smaller than a single piece of the shrimp. I will never eat there again, one time was one time too many.

I’m a faithful customer since the beginning primary location on Greenville Ave! Come here every so often to visit elderly parents. Sent husband my order to this location with a text. He went through drive thru ordered 2 entree white rice string bean chicken & orange chicken w egg roll! Rcvd fried rice, honey sesame chicken and orange chicken. Spoke w Ruben whom stated he was the mgr was very unapologetic he asked me 3 times what did I order as if I was being interrogated! He then advised they are out of green bean chicken and they were going to another location to get more! He didn’t offer a rain check or anything! Traveling twice to a location due to their incompetence and no offer of counter is absolutely poor customer service at its finest!

Absolutely ridiculous. The first time I ordered, I specifically wrote in the special instructions that I wanted sauces — and they sent me ZERO. Fine, mistakes happen, so I gave them another chance.
The second time, I spelled out exactly how many sauces I wanted, making it as clear as humanly possible. And guess what? They still managed to screw it up and gave me a fraction of what I ordered.
I figured, “Third time’s the charm,” right? Nope. I ordered a third time, hoping they’d finally get it right, only to be let down yet again. At this point, it’s not just a mistake — it’s blatant incompetence and a clear sign that they don’t care about satisfying their customers or fulfilling orders correctly.
It honestly feels like nobody at this location can read, count, or be bothered to give a damn. If you value your money and don’t want to deal with people who clearly don’t care about customer service, go somewhere else.

I went through the drive thru. When I got home my order was wrong. I called and they said they would remake my order if I took a picture and brought my receipt back. The day I returned I went through the drive thru and I told them what they told me to do. It just got quiet. I said hello. She sounded annoyed and asked me to repeat myself. I did. She said pull up. When I got to the window the manager had an attitude. I showed her the picture and she enlarged it. She tried to go back in forth telling me that the picture was black Pepper chicken. The meat was beef and broccoli or something, but it wasn’t what I ordered. I order black pepper chicken all the time. If it was it didn’t taste like it at all. The orange chicken wasn’t great and the rice was dry. I ended up throwing it away. Anyway, she looked at me as if I was just trying to get a free meal. She was not professional at all. Her attitude was unbelievable. I will never go back. It’s a shame we can’t get good service hardly anywhere in this area.
I was upset and drove off before getting her name, but the manager on the clock at around 9:30pm on May 15, 2024.

This is a new location. I stopped by for dinner for my daughter and I. There was a nice flow of traffic inside and in the drive thru. I purchased the 2 entree plate w/ Chili Crispy Shrimp (double order) and half rice/half chow mein. The staff were very nice! So my greedy self had to start eating as soon as I got in the car . Now I’ve had the shrimp a few times before. The first bite of shrimp tasted like I was chewing on cardboard (and no I have never chewed cardboard). So I tried a few more, same thing. I decided to drive back to the restaurant since I wasn’t that close to home. I explained to the young lady what the food tasted like. She provided me fresh food right away!!!!! I tasted the shrimp, perfectly crunchy and flavorful!!! I had to give 5 stars because the customer service was on point. I’ll be back. Thank you!!! Oh, check out my photo…..yummy

Not happy at all. I’ve been to this locations several times and been satisfied. Today I didn’t go inside I went thru the drive. Big mistake! I get home and my teriyaki chicken is nothing but hard almost burned skin of the chicken.

So after working a 12 hr shift last night I decided to go to Panda Express to get my 1st meal of the day. To my dismay my protein was lukewarm and my vegetables taste like they came out the refrigerator on to my plate. I’m so disappointed because I love the food here…guess I will have to find another location and try again. I will say the manager refunded my money expeditiously, thank you.

Fast food award of the day. They got 5 orders in less than 10 minutes. Amazing. The food is what you would think fast food would be. The employee was very nice and quick. Good job Panda Express. And the building is pretty new. I hope they keep it in good shape.

Always have trouble with ordering online through DoorDash, I called to see what was taking so long they said someone already picked up my order when I told them it’s not my dasher is still waiting! they did nothing to help
