I came to this restaurant on this evening.
I wanted to get a meal for my elderly neighbor.
The food appeared appetizing, however,
I noticed in clear view that the cooks were handling and preparing food without wearing gloves. This was surprising that this food establishment doesn’t seem to comply with basic hygienic standards.
Is this your practice?
I am cautious about returning to purchase another meal.

I have been here twice!!!! Both of times that I have came, the establishment was very clean inside and had nice friendly workers working. I always get the shrimp friend rice with walnut shrimp and orange chicken, with the order of ragoon. It always hits the spot! I don’t like going to the one near me in oak cliff off of wheatland, so I make the drive to Cedar hill and NEVER regret it! Keep up the good work you guys!!!!

I placed an order on the mobile app and asked for fried rice with my meal. I was given white rice and have tried calling several times as well as contacting cust service on the Panda app. Nobody ever answered the phone and the submit/send button isn’t working when trying to contact customer service that way. I usually don’t have issues with Panda and we order regularly. I don’t know if they have new people or what but I’m not happy.

This place never had a full menu, they were out of about 4 menu items. I live close and I come about 4 times and every time is the same.
The last time I come they don’t have chow mein and I ask the lady on the front and she say no cook now so I would not recommend this place

decided to give another try since family was wanting Chinese food. Food was much better. Orange chicken wasn’t like it was in the past but wasn’t awful. Hefty portions were given on the bigger plate (lasted for 3 meals .. at least for me). Hopefully Panda Express will keep improving.

I came here because of the reviews being somewhat decent but I guess our food wasn’t prepared properly because a hour or so after we ate my family was all complaining of stomach pains, nausea, and diarrhea. It’s safe to say we won’t come back.

For the past few weeks, it has been bad. I stand in line, everyone orders what they want but when I’m next i can’t get what I want. Last week I asked for the teriyaki chicken. The manager help the young lady that’s assisting others and serve me the chicken that has been thru hell. Put it in my bag and didn’t notice it until I get home from working a 12 hour day. Today I thought I would have a better day at this restaurant ending up the worse. I lost it and left. I’m never going back. There are better restaurant in the area that will serve you with more respect. And be careful of what you’re eating there because they don’t give a dam! Seriously.

I placed an order on 9/4/25. It was delivered to the wrong place. I called and was told they I iniated a refund, it would take about 10 days..I have had to call the HELP number again and wa told they escalated it. It 9/25 and I still don’t have it in my bank. It never takes this long for refund to my bank. This has changed my whole view of this store. It’s not the money it’s the principle..no food received and as of this morning no refund ..not good
