This was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

Several of us were in the drive-through for over an hour, while customers who walked inside were clearly given priority and had their food in 5–10 minutes. After sitting in line for more than a hour, we asked once how much longer it would be. Instead of getting a simple answer, we were spoken to rudely and with an obvious attitude, as if we were an inconvenience for even asking.
We were then told to provide a receipt as proof of purchase — after already ordering, paying, and waiting in line for over an hour. The way it was handled was dismissive and disrespectful.
When we finally reached the window, the staff acted surprised and dismissive when we explained how long we — and the cars behind us — had been waiting. Rather than taking responsibility, we were met with excuses and a half-hearted apology in the middle of the explanation.
To make things worse, after all of that waiting and poor treatment, they still managed to get our order wrong.
I normally enjoy Panda Express, but this location was horribly managed and the staff were openly rude and unprofessional. This was, without question, one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.

The worst experience I have had at Panda Express, and really any fast food. We waited with no explanation in the drive through for a hour, kids were screening in the back, my wife was crying. Finally my wife, (who is usually extremely polite) got out of our car to go inside and see what was taking so long. They treated her like trash demanding a receipt. And they didn’t apologize to me until I told them I had been there for a hour. And they seemed surprised. Whoever is the manager should be fired for re trained. I travel the country for work and have been to a ton of restaurants, and this was in the top 3 worst experience.

We sat in the drive through for at least 45mins. Very frustrating when you have young kids and a long roadtrip ahead of you. Never leave reviews and don’t usually get frustrated, but I was not happy.
I ended up having to go inside to see if we could get our order, and the lady was super rude. Oh yeah, and they got our order wrong and only gave us 2 forks instead of 3.

This was a bad experience because the website told me this one was 2 miles away, when it was 11. I really needed the one by Target and Panera. But that’s about the website I guess. The complaint about the store is people waiting for pick up/to-go orders or are door dash pick up get ignored forever in favor of people going down the scooping/building line or whatever its called. A door dash girl who was there before me waited longer than me, she was just getting talked to as I left. horrible to be ignored when my food was already bagged up. People in the drive thru are apparently getting ignored too. Heard one man that was told to pull around but never got food so just came inside to the serving line and they remade his order. Five stars on the food it tasted good. Typical taste on my honey walnut shrimp.

Spend your money elsewhere. First time at Panda Express in years. My wife and I went for dinner and stood in line. A manager and a teen were behind the counter working on orders and were never once acknowledged. We thought maybe things had changed and went to the cashier to order, who then told us to go stand back in line where we were, and we’d get helped. The manager then tells the young man to help. The cashier forgot to add items to my ticket and scolded me when I paid that I didn’t pay for other said items and asked my wife if she wanted sauce, to which she said yes. The cashier just throws the sauce packets to her. The food (orange chicken and crab rangoons) were old and soggy. The egg roll was hard and dry. The only thing going for us was the Coke and the fortune cookies. I’d leave negative stars if I could. Never again Panda Express.

The kid at the drive thru wouldn’t let me make 2 orders. He told me I had to go inside if I wanted to make 2 separate orders. My sister is in a wheelchair and we were taking her home from dialysis so I figured we’d just get food from there too since my 5 year old was hungry, it’s just be easier, but my kids had to wait another hour to eat so I could get her home all because either he want trained it didn’t want to take 2 orders. Never again!!

We have a panda express closer to our home but we go out of our way to come to this one. The customer service is impeccable. Every person there is kind and efficient. Mohammed, the manager, is simply the best. I highly recommend this over the other sherman location!

Personally when I can actually get food the food is fine. It’s actually getting it that’s the problem. The store says it’s open at 930 which for me is the perfect time as I’m getting off work and it’s one of my favorite meals for after a long day. But consistently every time I try to come and grab a bite I’m either completely ignored in the drive through or told they are open on the phone and told they aren’t if I try to come inside. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and think maybe it was just a fluke but this has happened separate 5 days and I’ve even tried waiting until 1030 or later and am still left ignored in the drive through and/or told they aren’t open. I get that Chinese food is not the most popular choice for early morning meals but if you tell me you’re open on the phone and I drive to your location and I’m told something different when I get there or flat out ignored it really frustrates me. I feel as though the staff is lazy or the management is complacent either way this is my first online review in over ten years that I have felt the need to post. Very disappointing…

At least the food is freshly made there!!
I have been waiting 30 min this round is drive. And every car that makes it to the speaker is told to wait.
Panda is our go to but this location isn’t ran very well. Bottom of the barrel in the Panda chain.
Every time I sit in drive thru 20 min and then the food is always old.
I don’t blame the employees at this point it’s the managers and higher up. Find people that care and fire the ones that do not. Very simple.
Someone has invested a lot into this place. Do not let it go to waste!!
