This was my first time ever trying Panda Express, and I have to say, I was actually impressed! The workers were cool as hell and made the whole experience super chill. The place itself was really nice and clean, which I wasn’t expecting. And the food? Wow! The fried rice was on point, the orange chicken was amazing, and the beef—so good. Thank God my first time here won’t be my last. Definitely coming back for more!

An hour ago I went to this location to buy lunch after taking my son to a doctor’s appointment, and when I opened my lunch, which was chow main, rice, and two orders of black pepper steak and beef and broccoli found only broccolini stalks on my twoorders of black pepper steak. The rice was also moldy and hard, as if it were days old. Anyway, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

Stopped here for in between jobs! Location Lakeview Parkway and H66! Elva, you are amazing! Great customer service. She thought I did not get enough meat – it was the last batch. Minutes later, she came with what she thought was the right amount serving! I love it! I made sure I told her how much I appreciated her for going above and beyond! Just an awesome person. Love it!

This is the second time I go to this place and the drive through messed up my order! The first time I asked for chicken teriyaki and they gave me orange chicken instead, now my order didn’t come with my spring rolls. The worst part is trusting the restaurant to give you everything you ordered and expect it to be in the bag. What I really wanted for dinner isn’t in my bag that you paid for.;(

I used to have a 4 star review on this place because it had always been hit or miss. Lately it’s been all misses. Tonight was the last straw. The line was so slow we were waiting 15 minutes at the window for simple orders. I ordered white rice and got fried rice instead. No utensils in the bag. I ordered no ice in my drink. It had extra ice. I was asked 3 times what sauces I wanted. We did not receive sauces. The cream cheese rangoons were somehow missing the filling!

Ordered chow mein, crab rangoons, and 3 entrees. The entrees were normal, and like any other entree I’ve had at other Panda Expresses, but the chow mein and crab rangoons were horrible. The crab rangoons were hard, and not easy to chew at all. Don’t get me started on the chow mein. The way the chef cooked it, he cut up all of the noodles, so all of them are short and can barely be picked up by utensils. Not only that, but it tastes off. Different from the other Panda Expresses in the area. We asked the employee serving us if they could give us a different batch, because not only were the chow mein chopped but it was also 80% cabbage/veggies, and 20% noodles. She said that’s just how it is. Would not come back. Please go to a different Panda Express in the area.

One thing: I work down the street and my staff and I love to order from here but every single time any of us order Broccoli Beef there is barely any beef, it’s always all broccoli. We thought the first time is was just one off situation but it’s every single time. Food taste amazing always other than that.

I ordered online, I got broccoli and beef and string Breana with chicken breast, when I got home and opened my plate I had like 4 pieces of meat and all broccoli and same with the chicken, when I order shrimp or stake they wanna charge extra but when they barely put any meat they don’t charge less. Smh ♀️
