Was just brushed off by staff on the phone was there 20 mins ago in drive through and found a metal Mirah bristle in my orange chicken. Management said bring us a photo we will replace it. Doesn’t concern you I see. This is hard for me thinking if this was my kids food.

Everyone loves to knock Panda Express but I think the food is pretty good. My favorite is their noodles with orange chicken.
This location is very nice and clean. Staffs are very friendly and there have lots of staff. They also come up to ask if we needed anything.

We had family meal here today. The fried rice seemed to have burnt smell. We did inform the staff and though they replaced it , the next one carroed the same smell as well. Perhaps it could be of same batch of rice but not sure though. We didn’t ask for any replacement again and ate it. Apart from other stiff in family meal we also ordered 2 plates of rangoons which were ok too. Overall not a happy experience.

Stopped by Panda Express and had a really good experience. The food was tasty and came out fresh, but what made the visit even better was the staff. Everyone was super friendly, and Rosa in particular stood out. She was so nice, helpful, and just had a great attitude. It’s not often you get that kind of service at a fastfood spot, and it honestly made my day. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location.

I was there during a lunch rush. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. No one felt like they were rushing you. The food was pretty damn good and most of all I saw them do something which is rare and these types of fast food restaurants. They cleaned the tables after people left. Thank you

The service at this location has gotten worse. Today I waited over 27 minutes for my order because someone forgot to bring it out. During that time, they served 7–8 cars behind me and 3 walk-ins. When I finally went to ask about it, it took another 6–7 minutes for the manager, Zeke, to bring the food out.
I explained that my order had been completely forgotten for nearly 28 minutes and requested a refund. Instead of handling it professionally, he took the entire food bag back inside – after my kids had already been waiting in the car all that time, and then sent another associate out with the cash refund.
Shame on this manager ZEKE for the poor service and for taking the food back inside after making children wait that long. Very disappointing experience.

The drive thru worker, I think his name was Chance, was very kind and did a great job assisting me. I placed my order online and I picked it up on the drive thru. It was around 12:14pm so there was the lunch time rush but it’s worth it because of the quality of food in this location.

Worst experience ever at Panda Express tonight. Rose, the store manager, was incredibly rude—stayed on her phone, then took our order with zero etiquette. When I asked how long the walnut shrimp would take—just to make sure my food waiting didn’t get cold—she tossed the noodles back toward the container they came from and threw the plate toward the trash. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I will never return and strongly warn anyone seeking a decent meal in a cordial environment to avoid this location.

Worst panda express ever. 2nd time ordering with ubereats and both times they have failed. Incorrect and inadequate portion. They’re incredibly stingy. This Iis $16 worth of food and supposed to have 3 meats. I will NEVER again.

The worst Panda Express not only did I order honey walnut shrimp and got orange chicken the lady cuts me off on the phone doesn’t even let me get a word in. The drive through was horrible same lady rushed me on me order and still gave me the wrong order. Horrible service you can hear them talking bad about me on the phone if you want horrible rushed service and wrong orders then come here.
