This was my second time getting A medium box of orange chicken hoping it was gonna be better than last time and it wasn’t. I don’t think the chicken was cooked all the way through it was very chewy and had way too much flavor on it. I go to Panda Express a lot and this one was not it Make sure you check you’re food before you can’t get a refund from them

For $8.40, I received only 4 shrimp.
This is honestly ridiculous. The portion is unbelievably small and not worth the price at all. I expected a proper appetizer, not a few pieces in a tiny box. Very disappointing.

I have ordered a bigger plate, the Teriyaki chicken was spoiled. Took the extra package of the Teriyaki Chicken which they just threw off in dustbin and I could only show one piece from the picture. They didn’t even said sorry.

My spouse and I went in at 10:00pm, an hour before their closing time. When we walked in all the workers were either heads down or on their phones and very few food items were “hot and ready”. We both requested orange chicken to which the female worker rolled her eyes and said it would be ready in a few minutes. We went ahead and ordered the crab rangoons and watched as she packaged the last 3 cold ones, not even from a warmer. While waiting to our surprise we watched the female worker lock the doors at 10:15 and watch a family try to come in asking for fried rice to which they were told they were done making it for the night. We then waited 7 minutes for our orange chicken and when we were given it our rice and chowmein were “surprisingly” cold as they didn’t rebox it fresh when our orange chicken came out. My husband then went to ask for fresh rangoons as they were cold and wasn’t even looked at for 2 minutes as the workers were on their phones. After he was done on his phone the drive through worker then came up to him and as they were talking explained that their restaurant is for “last minute food” and that the food would now be cold and that it is normal. We will happily never come here again after this occurred.

I love this Panda Express. They always continue to exceed their expectations at this one. It’s always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. My favorite is the Orange Chicken. Will be going here again.

I called ahead for my order.Spent all that time filling out everything you know.So they could have my email. My phone number, which i’m sure they’re selling to somebody else.So I can get my order in. My husband gets there to pick up the order. They don’t know what he is talking about. No, idea the husband hands me the phone and I said, y’all don’t have an order there for lisa.Oh, yeah, but we thought it’d be more. What do you mean?If somebody walks up?And says, I have an order to pick up name of lisa, and they’re like, oh we don’t know nuts. So he goes, and he’s gotten the order.I said while the girl is on the phone when she’s trying to figure out what my order was.Make sure we have blue sauce. My husband asked her again walking out the door there’s blue sauce in here right?Along with fortune cookies correct, my husband gets home and guess what?No blue sauce and one fortune cookie. So after four phone calls, somebody finally answers the phone, and of course, that’s my fault is how she put it well, I didn’t ask for the proper sauce.Well, I don’t know telling it’s a blue packet sauce.I would thought would be enough, but I guess not.And to think that I wanted more than one fortune cookie on a twenty three dollar meal was something else. That was just shocking to them. My husband goes up there and do you think they can even give them my god? Here’s a thought, an egg roll for all the time.It took him to go get it since they were incompetent with getting their order right?Oh, no, that costs way too much.Money is what he was told really. I will make sure I tell everybody I know about how bad the service was.And how they don’t appreciate customers and how they take advantage of them, I think, that little two dollar item is gonna cost them more than that.

We drove 2 hours to go to this panda express specifically because they serve an entre with tofu and eggplant. We wish all panda express locations would carry it. We ordered 6 servings they had to make it for us and they got it done quickly without complaint. Plenty of seating it was busy so it was loud. Parking lot was small but big enough to accommodate most vehicles.

Every time I come here, the staff ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS forgets to give me the third entree to my big plate, which I order every time. I even show my recipt and they have said things like “not what you ordered” or “we don’t have it right now.” I have gotten overcharged for things before as well as foventbthe wrong order on multiple occasions, and it takes a hassle to get it situated. I also, can barely understand what these people say half the time. It’s ridiculous how they cannot get an order accurately correct. Need to have more people who know how to read an order and give the right people, and also more American people who speak better and actual English.

Great experience with the family. Kids loved the food and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Will always love the fact that you will always get your moneys worth. Shout out to the closing crew on 10/26/25, they rocked!

I’ve been eating here since I moved to McKinney, but today was by far the worst experience. The drive-thru server, Jingli L, was rude after I declined to round up for donation. I ordered two plates with one medium side — one of them was chow mein with Kung Pao Chicken and Beijing Beef. When I opened the box, the Beijing Beef section was completely empty.
To make it worse, there were no fortune cookies or napkins in the bag. I also called several times, but no one answered. It’s really disappointing. Should customers have to open every box to make sure the order is complete now?
