Im done . I spent my last 15 dollars for raw rice and no service . Good bye panda it was good when ur people cared now .. it’s seams no one cares. Sad really but you should know how much you lost .
I ate 6 times a month on average 16.00 each visit that 1080 a year over the last 15 yrs we’ll no more ..
Some advise take care of your customer or somebody else will.. also if you order food Togo in your dinning room and you want a wrapped silverware, be prepared to argue with the cashier and then the manager , over why I want a sealed sanitary fork, if fact if you ask the question.. wait what you have to explain why your buying there product and common courtesy.. wow just not sustainable for your business seriously ..

“I had lunch at the Panda in Irving, and I was served by the manager, Dario. The beef strips he put on my plate made it seem like they were being deducted from his paycheck, they were so ridiculously small. This was the stingiest Panda plate I’ve ever eaten, and I hope they reconsider this meat-saving policy.

Came 30 minutes before close with a line wrapped around the building, and they said they couldn’t sell me fried rice because they didn’t want to make it 30 minutes before close, even though there were multiple people in front of me and multiple people behind me, I understand wanting to close down and go home but you can’t just stop serving it because you don’t want to, especially when there’s a line wrapped around the building.

Have gotten Panda express in the past and have enjoyed my experience, but this time was different. Line was long but the wait wasn’t bad. My problem was when they served the food it was the smallest portions I’ve ever gotten at a panda express. I recommend you go to a different location or another fast food place during lunch time.

Horrible .they gave me my food so fast I should of checked it before I drove off!! When I got home my beef and broccoli was more like broccoli and broccoli 3 little pieces of beef and all broccoli . I was like it’s all good then the orange chicken was mainly crust noodles were super dry .this is definitely the last time I eat panda this isn’t the first location to do this to me !! So time we part ways !! No more wasting my money on trash food !!

Ordered on DoorDash the Family meal.
Beef Broccoli- 4/10.. the only good thing here was the broccoli.. the beef was soggy and spongy..
Fried Rice- 3/10.. dry and grainy??? Odd..
Chow Mein- 3/10.. again, DRY and flavorless.. noodles had a unpleasant texture..
Kung pao chicken- 1/10.. burt omg and just not good….
Sesame chicken- 5/10.. flavor was okay but overcooked… the greenbacks in it was a twist for me but I liked them..
Over all ???
I feel like I made a poor decision on dinner and should have went with my regular spot LIN’S KITCHEN… smh

I ordered for delivery and that was great, but the food was a different story.
The fried rice was dry flavorless and clumpy. The teriyaki chicken was just grilled and flavorless as well, not even the packet of teriyaki sauce could save it. The broccoli and beef only had 3 very small pieces of beef while about 7 big broccoli heads. Even the Coke tasted off.
The cream cheese ragoons and the fortune cookies were the only good tasting part of the meal.
I would not recommend this Panda Express.

This is the second Pana Express I have visited in the last week. This joint got real busy around 2:15, the line was non stop all the way to the door, unfortunately for me they ran out of the dishes I wanted and I had to wait for them to cook more, while waiting for the angus steak, they ran out of rice, then ran out of honey walnut shrimp, so I waited longer. There isn’t anything spectacular about the food and it is a bit pricey espically if you get the items I did but they give you a lot of food and that could be the appeal. Overall when you hungry and want to fill your belly this place will do. One thing though to reach it you must get off the Interstate 183 westbound at McArthur Blvd, stay on Airport Way and go past Story Road before Beltline. There isn’t a Story Road exit going eastbound 183.

Food is always delicious. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this location. I’m not sure how new it is but it seemed rather new. I also like the community service board that they had displayed.
