Went in tonight after a 3 hour workout at the gym and was starving. They hooked me up big time with a generous serving of teriyaki chicken, super greens, and brown rice.
I wanted specifically to shout out Christabel working the register for being helpful and patient as well as making sure my food was fresh. Much appreciated for the good experience.

A young lady name Mila helped my family out and she was great and very friendly !
I must say also that I did not get all of their names but everyone that was working there was working fast and doing a great job !

Ordered delivery through Uber Ears and NOT ONE SINGLE PACKET of Soy Sauce was included! I cannot eat Chines/Asian food without Soy Sauce. We will not ever eat here again.

I went through the drive through and when asked which side I wanted, I said I did not want one. The cashier suggested that I ordered the entree as a side one, which I did, saving me about $5 (much appreciated).

Do you really think a bowl of rice with a 1/4th portion of Angus beef is acceptable when it cost more than the other items? The man at the window in a collared shirt who appeared to be the mgr approved of the portion even tho he had taken almost all of the entree and did not ask the kitchen for more! I do believe he needs further training due to his inept ability to properly. manage this location and provide proper service.

Order 37775721671294976, terrible! Almost $60 of trash! Order was wrong, got green bean chicken “one sliver of chicken, just green beans which were raw!” Super greens old, cold and withered! Ordered noodles and got rice! Too many issues to even list! This place needs to step up or give up, well, I think they already gave up!

Panda, the food was good but asking for a refill on a crafted drink while eating in the establishment is out of the question but fountain drinks are ok to get. Wow, that’s what this has come to Panda. Management needs to rethink this new policy. Pic is how much drink was allowed.

Highly disappointed in the quality of our food. We got chow mein and it seemed more like salad mein. Our portions were vastly different from each entree and the rice and hard yet mushy at the same time. Would not recommend going to this location. Nothing like the one in Denton.

I recently used Panda Express for a catering event, and it was a huge hit! The food was hot, and fresh, and everyone loved the variety. The sweet and sour chicken, orange chicken, and fried rice were particularly popular! The portions were generous, and the presentation was neat. Plus, the staff was friendly and easy to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend going to this Panda Express in Highland Village Texas if you need anything catered or if you’re just looking for somewhere to eat– they made our gathering so much easier and more delicious. Will definitely be using them again in the future!
