Definitely the worst ever I got the chow mein. There was so much cabbage in it. I couldn’t even taste the noodles. 3/4 of it was all cabbage very little noodles. This is the second time this has happened to me if I could give them a zero stars I would I suggest going someplace else to like Sherman‘s panda. They are way better. I should’ve known better than to come here in Denison terrible. put a picture on here to show you what they gave me that’s what it looked like after I separated it

Not sure if it’s because I came at 8:30, but the food was not fresh at all today, like usual. Orange chicken was VERY hard. They also gave incredibly small portions compared to what they normally put.

Not a bad experience. Ordered online and service was quick. No complaints from my family, but I did find hair in my chow mein.

This is the third time I’ve stopped to get food at the Denison location that they were out of two different kinds of chicken. Poor management, no excuses . A restaurant of any kind should never run out of something on the menus more than the first time .

Skimpy servings, long waits so it’s not really worth it.

After 3 months of avoiding Panda we decided to give them another chance
Almond chicken is just as skimpy as the honey chicken was before.
Done with this Panda, going to try Sherman location and hope they haven’t caught the skimpy flu.
The bowl used to be 1 scoop of rice topped with a FULL scoop of your meat. Now it’s a ton of filler and a lite scoop of meat.
Never returning to this location.

It was an ordinary afternoon when we decided to grab lunch at Panda Express. The aroma of orange chicken and freshly steamed rice drifted through the air as we walked in, my kids eagerly chatting about their favorite dishes.

As we approached the counter, a friendly lady with a warm smile greeted us. Before I could say a word, she looked directly at my child and cheerfully said, “Hi there, [Kid’s Name]! Ready for your favorite orange chicken today?” My child’s eyes lit up with surprise and delight, “How do you know my name?”

(My child is 4 months old) very advanced (identifys as she/it)

The lady chuckled softly and replied, “Oh, I remember you from the last time you visited. You left such a joyful impression, it was hard to forget!”

This simple interaction transformed our quick lunch into an unforgettable experience. It wasn’t just the delicious food that made the day special, but the genuine connection and warmth from someone who took the time to remember us. It’s not every day that a fast-food visit feels like a reunion with old friends.

We left Panda Express that day with full hearts and even fuller stomachs, grateful for the unexpected sprinkle of kindness and familiarity

Cold rice. Also, this Panda Express location is the only I’ve experienced that doesn’t offer a first responder/military discount.

Was greeted with “ our kitchen is closed so we only have a few things available” no hi no welcome to Panda Express. we got there a little before 9:30 and they close at 10 and I get wanting to leave early but the bad service I don’t get. The girls were snickering and laughing and you could just tell they didn’t want us to be there and I ordered 2 cokes with my meal and she repeated the order back with 2 cokes and when we asked her she was really rude about it and asked for the receipt and was talking to us like we were 4 year olds (the blonde one) the dark headed girl was just laughing about it. I understand asking for a receipt but she was being very adversarial about it. Ended up slamming the window in our face. It’s literally 2025, be nice to people! And if you can’t do your job or aren’t happy with your job, find another one! Your night crew could really use a great manager or someone that cares about late night focus. Some people get off work late. And this just happened to be the place we decided to get food, next time I won’t bother though. Just a let down. Do better!

I did the drive thru. Very fast and simple. The man at the window was very thorough, making sure I had everything I needed. The food was really good and tasted fresh.

We were there on Sunday and they were obviously short staffed and out of many items. We ended up walking out and went to the Sherman Panda which was exceptional.
