Unknowingly, iI placed an inline pick up order at the Carrolton location instead of the Irving location which is closer to home. I called the store to have the order cancelled and the employee I spoke to was super helpful, kind and efficient and I got the the best customer service. Thank you!!!

I called requesting a replacement meal on another day or a refund due to my food being old and cold. KIT (she said her name was too long to spell so that’s what she goes by) she told me they’re too busy to always make fresh food. She also requested pictures? She’s seriously a joke. She then told me get my receipt to give her my order number and I said now I have to go downstairs to get it! She said “I’m too busy so I’ll keep you on hold.” I held 6 minutes called right back she answered. I am calling corporate, because if you think that’s how you should run your shift you seriously need better customer service skills. By the way doesn’t all of this food look old to you? I love only 5 minutes away it wouldn’t look like this in 5 minutes!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Panda Express. The short Hispanic female employee who helped me was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made the entire visit unpleasant, and it felt like she didn’t want to assist customers at all. I expected better service and respect. Panda Express has slowly been going down hill since the pandemic. We have attempted to remedy this by sending reviews to Panda Express directly but we still consistently have issues. This past Sunday we attempted to go inside the location on Old Denton around 6 PM and the doors were locked our boys really wanted to go in so we proceeded to a different location. We went on to the location on north Josey where we were told most likely the old Denton location was under staffed and that’s what they typically do when they are under staffed.
We ordered bigger plates which have gone up in pricing recently and noticed the portions are now smaller. They were also out of honey chicken, almost every time we go they seem to be out of something. I think we may no longer be panda customers based on our experiences over the past year.
