I called requesting a replacement meal on another day or a refund due to my food being old and cold. KIT (she said her name was too long to spell so that’s what she goes by) she told me they’re too busy to always make fresh food. She also requested pictures? She’s seriously a joke. She then told me get my receipt to give her my order number and I said now I have to go downstairs to get it! She said “I’m too busy so I’ll keep you on hold.” I held 6 minutes called right back she answered. I am calling corporate, because if you think that’s how you should run your shift you seriously need better customer service skills. By the way doesn’t all of this food look old to you? I love only 5 minutes away it wouldn’t look like this in 5 minutes!

Great location, picked up the bowl-super greens & orange chicken. Not the most generous serving I’ve been given at a Panda Express, but better than other locations. Friendly worker who was preparing the orders. Clean restaurant, just really busy and they seemed short staffed.

Panda Express has slowly been going down hill since the pandemic. We have attempted to remedy this by sending reviews to Panda Express directly but we still consistently have issues. This past Sunday we attempted to go inside the location on Old Denton around 6 PM and the doors were locked our boys really wanted to go in so we proceeded to a different location. We went on to the location on north Josey where we were told most likely the old Denton location was under staffed and that’s what they typically do when they are under staffed.

I ordered the Chicken Mushroom with Fried Rice. This was literally the worst meal I have ever eaten. The zucchini was hard and cold and nor really cooked. There were several mushrooms, hardly any sauce and about 4 really small pieces if chicken. The fried rice was hard and crunchy. I was really disappointed and will never eat at this location again.

Went into this location for the first time ask for orange chicken and Beijing beef I got shorted on the orange chicken and had to let him know to put more because it was obviously less and then after that I had about $0.82 in change back that wasn’t given I had to request for that. Food was good.

We waited for the noodles and wondered why they came chopped up?!? Please stop doing this. You advertise long noodles not cut up noodles. Everything else was ok. They helped other customers in front of us after waiting 8 minutes for more noodles. It’s ok to tell a customer that someone else was next!!!

I went around 8:00pm . Asked for a bowl with fried rice and orange chicken. They said they didn’t have any. I asked if they were making any more and they told me they closed the kitchen at 8pm. But I asked what time do y’all close and they stated at 10pm. So you close the kitchen at 8pm. But don’t close till 10pm ?

I have eaten a lot in this place but if the rice is very bad without flavor, however, I have gone to the one near the hills in Irving and at the airport and the rice tastes very good… you need flavor and seasoning, it does not taste like anything… but this They store the rice up sometimes raw and they also don’t have all the meats available.
