One reason for my visit today cuz we’ve all been to Panda and the food is consistent and you know if you like it or not and I do like it I think it tastes pretty good. Today’s portions were fairly good for what the price you pay I think sometimes people don’t understand what you get for 850 to 12 dollars not much and if you don’t go cheap and get the three course meal it’s a lot of food for $11.50. You may as well if you’re going to go ahead and spend $850 for a little bit but some kids meals cost that much. With all this being said the manager (Leslie) at this location really has herself together. she’s a calm cool operator and she takes care of her customers. she looks completely relaxed and things are flowing really nice back there in the kitchen. her location is very clean this is one of my favorite Panda Express locations. I think portion size is pretty close to what you’re paying for with today’s prices and how expensive food is. I myself have had issues with food portions at some locations so it’s kind of hit and miss. They get really busy sometimes I don’t think it’s on purpose. Leslie the manager looks like she is a very hard working person with attention to detail. And again everything looks so well managed behind this counter everyone works well together and is doing their jobs and nobody looked angry or upset! good job!
Oh and by the way I’ve got the three portion meal for $12 and some change and it was worth every penny that’s a lot of food for $12 take a look at the picture

So I ordered a bowl of Kung pow, chicken and chow mein and as you can see in this photo here all I have is chow mein. Where is my kung pow chicken ??? I called the store and they just told me oh well you must’ve accidentally hit just chow mein. No I have the receipt right here showing what I ordered and it even says it on top of the bowl with the little tag on it that I ordered half chow mein and half Kong pow chicken I did not get my Kung pow chicken. Also, my chow mein is very cold. I had to heat it up in the microwave to warm it up.

I had ordered a plate and two bowls and after waiting 30 minutes for our food, I got home and I only got 3 bowls. I paid for more food and then my husband was still hungry because you guys didn’t give him the extra entree I had ordered. I tried calling the store multiple times and nobody will answer so If I could get that entree refunded that would be appreciated.

We asked for two bowls, half-rice, half-chow mein. Never got the chow mein. The meat portions are insanely small. The girl at the window wasn’t too bright. Don’t go here when there are clearly better options for food and service.

I really like this place. In fact I’m going here today for lunch. But occasionally it will take a very long time to get through the line. Also the drive-thru guy who interrupts your order to say “okay boss, I got you” around approximately every 15 seconds. But then in fact doesn’t actually have you is maybe my favorite part of the experience.

I usually go for the black pepper corn sirloin steak bowl with fried rice and that is delicious. I think I’ve talked to myself into getting it today.

Seriously the worst Panda around and its sad because it used to be good. Literally not a single person there, top to bottom, seems to care about the customer experience what so ever. You will wait upwards of 30 mins in line, even if there are only two people in front of you. They will be out of one of the two main side, have not been in one time lately where they had both noodles and fried rice ready. You will get shorted on the portions. The person working the register will be on their phone or be talking to other people instead of getting you paid and out. You will have a terrible experience. I honestly stopped coming here due to bad employees which are a reflection of the bad management. The next time I went in, I was happy to see there was another manager there, soon was unhappy as she very obviously did not give a single crap about the people sitting and waiting to be helped. After awhile she finally walked up and me thinking I would finally be helped, was told hold on just on min as she proceeded to make something for the drive thru. Btw, the drive thru had 3 people working it, the front of house only had one, plus the worthless manager. I once again will not go back here. It very obvious the management sucks here and their planning is as poor as anywhere I have seen. Lunch time is the same time everyday, might want to at the very least just make sure you have enough side orders to get most people in and out effiencently. I am talking to the store manager directly here, YOU need to do better!

DON’T GET THE HONEY WALNUT SHRIMP!!!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Seriously! When I asked about the portion and paying an extra $1.50, I was told $1.50 for 7 shrimp. So I guess the rice was $8.30. News flash – you can get Orange Chicken with rice for $8.30! Panda Express should just STOP serving (if that’s what you want to call it) the Shrimp!!!

They have the absolute worst customer service when it comes to 3rd party deliveries. No matter the day, the time, or the people.. the system has no organization! They will come ask you “who your picking up for” then continue to help other people.. will give out the food your waiting on and then ask u again “who are you picking for again?” And then tell you they have to cook more food… horrible! And it’s like this every time! Delivery drivers are still customers!
