I haven’t ordered food here (drive through) in about a year. Food has always been as expected, service always super friendly, which is amazing bc this place seems busy most of the time. Received our order last night – we had to wait a little longer for cooked greens, but it was fine to wait. The order came out a size smaller, which was ok, but they only put greens on the top then filled the rest of the container with fried rice underneath, lol. If an item is low just tell me, no reason to have us wait & also lie.

This was my first time eating at a Panda Express and it was just straight disappointing. We pre ordered our meals but made the mistake of not checking our food before we got home. My Bf’s meal was completely wrong. So we went back to get a new one made, which is not a close drive. I also didn’t look at my meal fully, just glanced so we could rush to get it fixed and when we finally got home to eat I realized my Lo Mein was mostly cabbage, not noodles. And they where greasy…..

I ordered a Bowl with Honey Walnut Shrimp. I opened it and it’s not what I’m hoping for. I only have 6 and a half of shrimp and to tell you, you have to pay additional dollar for this dish just because it’s shrimp. I have loads of rice. I love Panda Express, but this kind of portion of food that you’ll serve your customer is kinda disappointing.

Ordered the family pack dinner and the cream cheese won tons. Everything was hot fresh and very good. The drive thru was quick and all of the napkins, sauce, and forks were in the awesome looking box the 6 containers were in.

Order a plate of shrimp with half rice, half greens. Did not get any rice. I also ordered a plate with 2 black pepper beef and orange chicken. I maybe had 3 pieces of beef and mostly veggies.

Went to lunch thru the drive thru got a plate rice kung-pao chicken an beef an broccoli the girl that was taking my order had a attitude because I could hear her sigh in the speaker like she didn’t have time for me. The man that gave me my order was really nice. So I get back to work, open my container an there’s not one piece of beef an an only one piece of chicken.. all I got was zucchini an broccoli. Very very disappointed for a place in Tulsa hills. Hmm.. will never go back!!

Horrible service, was 8pm and the employee rushed the order. Not only were they out of several menu items, they got the order wrong. I spoke with the manager and she was unapologetic and did not offer to fix the problem.

Food was not as hot or fresh as most Panda’s I’ve been to lately. Didn’t get food poisoning, so that’s a plus. Was traveling and looking for a reliable familiar place. Should have looked further.

They must had a bad lunch service, because they were out of most of their food when I got in at 4:30pm. They had Orange Chicken, however it was very cold and the super greens smelled like it came from a Fish tank and the service was terrible. Now! Normally this isn’t the case. The fried rice and teriyaki chicken are some of the best we’ve tasted anywhere. For a drive-thru, they have nailed the flavor better than many restaurants.
