I stopped by the drive thru on 10/8/25. Picked up an orange chicken bowl and a mushroom chicken bowl. I was very disappointed. I spent $24 there for the 2 bowls and 2 orders ragoons. The food seem to taste ok , but there was maybe 2 tiny pieces of chicken. It was mainly zucchini there was several pieces of mushrooms and a lot of fried rice. I am not sure will go back. You can see from photograph. What I thought was chicken was small pies of mushrooms.

Clean and nice restaurant. Good food. Not necessarily hot and fresh. Pretty pricey. Drinks do not come with the food. Staff are friendly and fast.

I realize.im not ordering Five star food here but can it at least be warm. The rice must be from last week. Extremely dry and crunchy. The meat was even rubbery and my egg rolls felt like the came right out of a refrigerator. Uber eats from this place won’t happen again. My dog seems to like it.

This was at noon. Staff was polite, it was very clean. Options were well stocked. The drink dispenser seemed well maintained. The food tasted good. It was hot and well prepared but eggrolls were a little over cooked but had good flavor. Portions on bowl option was great and I was advised of price mark up on my option which was appreciated. A waitress took our plates while we visited when we were done and told us to have a good day. That was very nice. There was no wait inside despite the parking lot being full so that was somewhat of a mystery. We had to park next door and walk in. We almost didn’t go in because it looked extremely busy but there were only 6 other people dining inside. No wait. So minus a star for overdone egg roll and lack of parking. Even other customers after us were using other near by parking. This was not because of the drive thru traffic which looked like it moved fairly quickly. I will be going back in the future despite the lack of parking. Parking might be a consideration of people with trouble walking.

I am ashamed to admit i waited so long to try Panda Express, but a friend took me here. I was shocked at how fresh and colorful the food looked. The prices seemed reasonable and tasted great. The staff and management were friendly and the cooks looked like they were having a good time bantering with each other. New favorite when Im in Catoosa and not in the mood for Taco Bueno

Stopped by for lunch to go and was excited to discover Panda’s new Power Plates—amazing! I ordered the double teriyaki chicken with greens, and it did not disappoint. The chicken was incredibly tender, flavorful, and packed with protein.
Shoutout to Avian at the drive-thru—she was outstanding! Full of smiles and great conversation, she made the experience even better. Friendly, helpful, and thorough in offering options—absolute perfection.
Highly recommend both the new Power Plates and the top-notch service!

I have been eating here for 5+ years. I used to love this place. The service before COVID was great and the food was as good as the service. People would look you in the eye and smile to welcome you. Post-pandemic, this place, the staff will not even look at you. The chow mein is chopped up into little pieces ( I did not buy it this time), the egg rolls are overcooked (they look like they were fried twice, and also did not buy them), and the Orange Chicken is dry and crunchy (I could not stick most of them with a fork). Meal portions are smaller. The flavor is still okay.

I swung in here after i got off work about 9:40pm. Still had a great selection of fresh food. The 2 workers that helped me build my plate were Panhia and Brulio! They were both very sweet and for that i will certainly be returning to this location.

Came through the drive thru on Saturday night! I am unsure of the girl who worked the window, but she had amazing customer service, I don’t eat out often anymore bc of not ever getting good customer service. I plan to make this a place I stop at more often now. Thank you again for the GREAT customer service! You deserve a raise!
