I like their Kung Pao chicken the most，their new sesame shrimp & beef is very tasty too！I really like it，but the cashier forgot to tell me it’s $1 more，I will order black angus beef，grill chicken some times，I usually order their plate. Their service is good. I don’t like the taste of their fried rice or noodles，their spicy sauce would make the food tastier，the rice and noodle would be 3 star⭐️ or less，rice quality is not good，noodle texture taste not good，but unfortunately every panda use same ingredient same taste。

Our food was just unfortunately so sad. We barely got any meat on our plates, and then on top of that, they gave me empty rangoon’s, and the chicken teriyaki had no teriyaki. It was just the most subpar experience I’ve ever had at Panda, and it’s all I wanted for my birthday 🙁

☹️I stopped by Panda Express to pick up lunch and was disappointed to find they didn’t have any shrimp items available.
They started a fresh order for me, and although I was promised it would be ready in 5 minutes, I waited about 15. Which is fine things happen.
I stayed patient, but in the end, I was given the wrong order. It was frustrating after the wait and definitely not what I expected from a quick lunch stop.

Cho Mein was best I’ve had from any panda in a long time! I came around 10:45pm and the staff was nice and excellent. Had me in and out very quickly. Had to show some love to the night crew they do an excellent job

I would like to share how Ali restored my faith in Panda Express. I have never had an issue with Panda Express however, they made a couple of mistakes 2 nights in a row. I called and spoke to Ali and he was very nice, polite and friendly. Ali made me feel good after our talk. Thank you so much for taking good care of me.

I’m actually quite offended by the food they provided, I ordered a plate combo, green bean chicken and beef broccoli with noodles. First of all the noodles are not cooked long enough like it should, second where are my beef and chickens. All I see was 4 pieces of small meat. I will provide photo below but when I said offended it’s because my parents use to own Chinese restaurants this is like telling me, my parents didn’t need to work half as hard and can sell trash food to public and still make a good living.
Side note this is around 6:15 pm you can’t be running low on food and quality.

I guess if you order under a certain price of food the folks will get an irritated tone of voice with you. That is something I can tolerance because I get it, dealing with people all day can be stressful. However, the state of my food is what I can’t tolerate. When I opened up the box, I discovered that the food was burnt. All of it. The egg rolls and the rangoons. Confusingly, it was also cold when I tried to eat a non burnt piece of Rangoon. So somehow, they managed to burn it, without actually cooking it. There was also receipt paper wrapped around one of the egg rolls. The only thing I felt comfortable eating was the fortune cookie. I’m not sure how it happened, but I won’t be returning to this location. What a waste of money.

Rice was a little mushy and chow mein had too much ginger flavor. Portions were big tho. Service was definitely slow, all employees were focused on drive thru and not counter service. Monday night after 8:00 pm. Out of Asian chicken and was told it will be a 10-15 minute wait. Decided on orange chicken and sweet fire chicken. Both chicken dishes were over cooked and tasted burnt. Food quality was just not there at this location.
