After placing my order I was asked if I would like any sauce for the order, I ordered teriyaki chicken. They gave me chicken with no teriyaki sauce after asking me twice if I wanted any sauce, and I responded by saying I would like teriyaki sauce.
I do not understand why it is not standard to give teriyaki sauce with teriyaki chicken when this order is made. It’s in the name, I do not have time to go back to the establishment to have the order remade or to acquire, said sauce.
The manager was professional, however this has been the third time this has happened. Do not go to this panda express unless you want to be very expressive on what you want and doublecheck exactly what you ordered.

Honestly, just save your money and go somewhere else. After many chances I am just done. The food is decentl but the service is horrible and portions are a joke. I got the broccoli beef and literally had 4 pieces of broccoli and 5 pieces of meat and this was after asking for extra meat because they always skimp on the protein. Management doesn’t care so don’t waste your time trying to say anything.

I went thru the drive thru at 7:44 pm on 10/18 and ordered 2 bigger plate meals , I didn’t even get half of my meal. Literally was served just cho main no entrées. Called about 5 times each call was ignored. I’m normally not one to complain over mistakes but paying about 35$ and only getting half of what I paid for is ridiculous! I need to be refunded of my money ! Since no Management is willing to answer the phone when service isn’t even busy. Sure enough I will be making an appearance tomrrow with pictures of what I received . I live across town so I shouldn’t having to waste gas to drive all the way back just to get as simple refund or could have gotten my order corrected but now I’m at the last straw.

I had always wanted to try Panda Express and finally got the chance yesterday. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The employees were very helpful with recommendations and the food was so good! One to go plate is enough for two meals!

The floor is dirty, booths not cleaned, employees are rude. The employees walk away from you while you’re ordering the food to help other people. Other customers were also complaining about their service and about how rude they are. This Panda Express is by far the rudest and the dirtiest one I’ve been in. They gave my mom who is a diabetic sweet tea when she asked for unsweetened tea. Point proven!!!

So the food is fine if you are able to order. The wait at this location is wild. The inventory is even more out of whack. I would suggest ordering ahead to force them to make the food you want. They are great about saying you have to wait 15 minutes for a dish that’s on the menu.

First time here for me. Very busy location. Ok food. May be understaffed causing long waits. They were all filling drive through and door dash orders. No one was helping walk in customers. Line got long all the way out the door before a person started helping with the instore customers. It wasn’t like the employees were standing around doing nothing, they were all running like crazy to take care of the orders just short on people to do it all. Food was ok but to me it had a lot of oil on it. Honey walnut shrimp were great.
