First visit to this location and the line in the drive thru wasn’t long. The person who took my order was friendly and made sure everything was correct before giving me my total. I was pleased with the portion size on my meal . My food was also hot and fresh which is always a good thing.

After reading negative reviews, we hesitated going but we’re very glad we did. Upon arriving we saw that it was clean on the outside and clean on the inside. The servers behind the counter were very attentive and polite. Then there’s the food. It was all very hot, fresh and delicious. Despite other reviews saying the wait was long, the food was cold, and so on, we found it all quite the opposite and will definitly go back again while we are in Oklahoma City. We highly recommend this Panda Express.

Every time I come here there’s always an issue when ordering.
Today, the card reader was down on drive thru but not the front counter. Instead of running cards through the working registers they decide to make all customers come inside to run the cards.
The lack of service and common sense is astonishing.

This location has improved significantly over the past year. Management actually does something about people loitering and harassing customers, orders have been correct, and the food is back to what I expect from Panda. Great work from everyone there, really turned things around for the better.
App orders are based on lobby hours, not drive thru hours, so keep that in mind.

Ordered through the app, had troubles there because it wouldn’t let me order my food delivery to be asap, waited 30 minutes after getting a text that my food was picked up and on the way, watched as the driver went in the complete opposite direction, looped back around to the store, and then proceeded to sit in the parking lot across the way for over 10 minutes. I contacted support to see what was going on because there’s absolutely no reason for the delivery to be taking that long, and they ended up cancelling my order because “the driver had an emergency.” Maybe they did, maybe they didn’t, the driver never reached out to me and didn’t answer my call when I tried to contact them. I’m supposed to receive a 100% refund, but I’m still left hungry.

The employees here are nice and very respectful. Place is kept nice and tidy and so far I had no issues. But as I sat down and observed, I did notice that they did not have enough of some food items which causes a longer wait than normal (usually a 3-4 minute wait from the start of the order, increased to 10+ minutes) but none of the customers seem to be upset about it especially when the employees notified the customers.
I absolutely love the place and will always come back to this location.

Got a laughably small portion of meat and rice served to me on a paper plate after buying the 2 entree.. I just came in to buy food that’s it. I didn’t do anything other than ask for an entree. It was insulting. First time at that location, definitely never stepping foot in there again.

To be honest I have been complaining about food ratio its miserable portion of food, I already ask the lady there and she went quickly to let know the manager and she came and told me that’s the Right portion of food and she was being rude, I stop buying from this 23rd panda express. We went through the drive through. The wait wasnt bad, but I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and chowmein. I am not exaggerating when I say there was maybe 12 noodles in my chow mein. It is almost exclusively cabbage. Very disappointing. The chicken was fine.
