I stop by this Panda Express on Portland in Edmond from time to time. The food is usually decent and comes out fresh, but it can be hit or miss depending on the day. Sometimes the portions feel a bit small for the price, but the flavor is still good — especially the Orange Chicken and Super Greens.
The staff are generally friendly, though service can be a little slow during busy hours. The place is clean, which I appreciate, and mobile ordering makes things more convenient.
Overall, it’s a decent spot for a quick meal, just wish the portion sizes were a little more consistent.

I didn’t realize they were closing and ordered food after they closed. When I drove up, I saw on the window and apologized. Edwin and his team was very friendly and went out of his way to ensure that I was taken care of. To be clear, he was so much nicer than I would have done in the same situation and I am creating the review in the parking lot before I head home just to ensure that I don’t forget later. Thanks guys.

My daughter and I ordered Panda Express today. She got through half her plate when she discovered something IN HER FOOD that shouldn’t have been there.
A penny. Someone’s nasty, yucky penny. Not only is it disgusting, it’s unsanitary and unhealthy. I tried to call panda they did not answer. The health department is closed today but they will be receiving a call and report from me on Monday. What if she had scooped it up in a bite and swallowed it? What if she choked? Dirty. Will not be eating at this location again.

I normally don’t do reviews but with this managers response to my call. I’m doing a review. I went to Panda Express on Portland Avenue in Edmond 10/3/2025 and made an order. I wanted 2 bowls and 2 full orders and was served 4 bowls. 2 orange chickens for my kids and beef broccoli for my wife and chicken teriyaki for me. I was served 4 bowls. The beef broccoli looked old and so did everything else. It was like 9:30pm. I’m sure they were close to closing and didn’t want to make new food that would go to waist. I told the employee that the beef broccoli looked old and he finally agreed to make a new batch for me after noticing it hisself. I get home and the order of beef broccoli was filled with mostly rice and a lot of broccoli and only had 4 small pieces of beef, that my wife said was mushy (probably undercooked) she thought we had actually ate out of it it since it was such a little amount in it and the chicken teriyaki was filled with old dry noodles and had about 6 pieces of smaller chicken pieces in it. The next day I called the store and asked for the manager and he said he remembered me. I asked him if he would like to make it right and he said that he served me the best he could (the best you could ?) so he knew the quality wasn’t right, then I went to get my drink, no lids so I asked a lady for a lid. She had a bad attitude. So in other words you knew the quality wasn’t right and you could have done better. So I could tell where this was going. I said thank you for your time and bye. Never again. People I would avoid that place like the plague due to their quality standards and his attitude towards an unsatisfied customer and his attitude has definitely rubbed off to their workers. Never again.

I would give zero if that was an option. This is the third time I have ordered for pickup and every single time they have given nothing but cabbage for the chow mein and there might have been 5 pieces of chicken. It’s extremely disappointing and overpriced at the rate they are serving food.

Absolutely the worst panda express I ever been to. Walnut shrimp was mushy and look like it sat all day. My egg roll was burnt and dried out! I travel from East coast to West coast and this is the worst one I ever been to. Judging by the reviews it’s probably why they don’t answer the phone!

I’ve seen some complaints about service, but my visit was pleasant overall. The restaurant was clean and orderly, the food was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. This location is still fairly new—just under a year old—so it’s understandable that there are occasional hiccups. Like most new places, it can be hit or miss at times, but based on my experience, things are heading in the right direction.

It is one of those hit or miss locations. Sometimes I feel like the food is decent, and other times the orange chicken does not taste like orange chicken. The service is okay, although I always feel rushed, even when there’s no one behind me in line.

First off, the drive thru wait time has always been bad for me. One of the slowest I’ve ever experienced. The food has normally been ok but today I went and of course I had to endure another long wait. Not that big of a deal. The problem I had today was I ordered the spicy orange chicken bowl with fried rice. There were rice chunks that almost seemed to fuse together to make it almost as hard as a rock. Also some of my chicken was too hard and I had to discard everything. I don’t mind having to wait in line a little extra if my food is good quality but this experience literally left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Will never return.

Food was horrible, have never had Panda Express that bad. 3 out of 5 didn’t even eat there meals other 2 tried. We spent $47 Food was so cold and dried up, like it had been sitting there a long time, chicken teriyaki, honey walnut shrimp, super greens rice all cold and dry, will not be a repeat customer, should had gone to Chicfila like kiddos wanted to. Sad, Sad
