First time I have ever been told that I couldn’t order the shrimp without the nut and was willing to wait for a fresh bath due to my allergy. The manager Ve told me that they just don’t do that here. FYI – restaurant was not busy nor crowded.

This location has definitely gotten better about keeping supplies in stock. There is one cook in particular who puts way too much heat in the spicy foods. I like spicy but he does over and above what is necessary or called for, especially when compared to other Panda Express locations.

My wife got me to try this tonight. It really surprised me. The food was delicious and it reminded me of Yummy Japan. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable about the food. If you are cruising through Monroe, give it a try. Panda Express is right off the interstate.

don’t recommend ordering through the app. When I first placed my order, the app said it didn’t go through, so I placed it again. However, both orders went through, and I was charged twice for the same meal. I reached out through the app but haven’t received any response. The app clearly shows I ordered the same meal twice, and when I tried calling the store, no one answered. I don’t understand why the store didn’t cancel the duplicate order when it was clearly from the same person. This has been a frustrating experience, and I’d appreciate a refund for the duplicate charge.

I ordered through online and picked up in the drive through window. Service was friendly and fast. They forgot utensils but it only took me a second to run back in and grab some.

Just got a bigger plate and tried to pay with a $100 bill. The girl took the money somewhere in the back. Came back and said she couldn’t take it because it was tore. It was brand new from the bank plus she brought it back wet. So I said you probably tore it. But I really try not to give ppl a hard time. But I’ve never heard of such. It’ll be a while before I go back.
