I found a choice is not to be a lot. The header 10 choices of the protein in the headache rolls and side stuff. What I had heard about this place for the name basically, was it the food was fantastic. I found it overrated.$10 is a good price. But on a three compartment tray the biggest compartment was filled with fried rice. The protein I ordered seemed as though it had been sitting out for a while. The edges were hard and tough to chew. Had a good flavor but it was still tough to chew. With a drink I spent about almost $14 to $15. I didn’t find that a good price. When I could have drove to the other end of a parking lot sit down had many more choices and could go back for seconds for $18 to $20.

The food is perfectly crispy and delicious. You get a lot of food for 11$ and much like Chick-fil-A the service is great. It’s a little difficult to figure out how to order at first and learn what counts as a side but other than that me experience was great.

i tried Panda Express recently for the first time,i went back today to use my $8 plate coupon from my app,my 1st. trip i got fried rice,chicken and mushrooms and black pepper sirloin steak-it was quite tasty,today i got chow mein noodles,honey walnut shrimp and black pepper chicken-very delicious ,i’ve also tried the spring rolls and the egg rolls- good,i had to wait both times to get fresher food because the items i wanted were low on the line and didn’t look as hot,the staff is very accommodating and polite,very clean establishment.

I would give zero stars if possible. I don’t usually write reviews, but I received such terrible service and food that I made time today. I ordered ahead for convenience; however, they ran 20 minutes past my pickup time. Not even a single apology was given…fine. The worst part was that I received 4 very small pieces of “beef” with my black pepper sirloin steak bowl. I say “beef” because 1 piece was a chunk of fat and another piece was an inedible ligament, so I got only 2 small pieces of actual meat. Anyway, this was my first time at this Panda Express, and it will certainly be my last. They probably don’t care, but a restaurant can’t survive long with such a low level of service. Save your time and money.

Today, the food and service were so bad, which seems to be a common theme here lately. Went thru the drive thru and ordered a plate. The drive thru team is struggling, and they had no backup to help with restocking food and drinks. It took a good while to get to the window to only be informed they had the plate made but were out of side items we ordered, and it would be 5 minutes. Given the lengthy wait already and the line behind me, I opted to pass on the sides. The “team lead/manager” came from the kitchen and deleted all sides. I paid, then was told they would make my drink and bring me my order. After a few more minutes of waiting, we were informed they were out of tea. I asked for a refund for the drink only. A little waiting again, then was informed the sides were ready and instead of refunding the drinks, would I accept the sides which I agreed. Once home, I opened the box and was so disappointed. All my food was cold, the noodles were dry and hard, and the shrimp were soggy. The entire plate was inedible. And I didn’t receive a receipt.

Let me say when I arrived the line was wrapped around out side of parking lot but it was only a 6 min wait to get to order very fast.. food was so delicious I love the staff very friendly all smiles even speak Spanish. I will be there evey chance I get you have a loyal customer here…..

The food was so ridiculously undercooked. The walnut shrimp was just raw battery mush. Also ordered the broccoli and beef. My broccoli was just flat out raw, and I literally only received 2 little peices of beef with it, one of which also appear partially raw/undercooked. Felt like false advertising. Really disappointed for the price we paid.
