Do NOT waste your time at this Panda Express in MSY. They claim to open at 8:00 AM, but I waited until at 8:30 and they still weren’t serving anyone. I’ve been sitting here waiting for 50 minutes now with zero communication.
To make matters worse, the cashier literally just left. Like, just walked away while customers are waiting. No explanation, no “we’ll be right with you,” nothing.
This is an airport location – people have flights to catch! If you can’t actually open at 8, then don’t say you open at 8. The complete lack of service and professionalism here is unreal.
Save yourself the headache and grab food literally anywhere else in the terminal.

Ate at this Panda Express in New Orleans airport although the service was good for 9:30 in the morning the veggies in the rice were hard and the chicken wasn’t cook properly to the point I got food poisoning by the time it affected me I was already home 3 hours later but it been 3 days now and I had to see my doctor due to the symptoms lasting so long. Be cautious eating here.

Limited menu… staff was slow and too busy flirting with each other… waited in line for 15 minutes ( guys this is the airport needs to be some sense of urgency , people have flights to catch!)… wrong place for this staff.. food was substandard.. flavorless and cold.. $30 for very unimpressive food and horrible service! The lady serving us was so slow and gave me an annoyed look when I asked for them to make more shrimp. Im paying so much extra whats with the look ??!! The super greens were undercooked, under seasoned and in HUGE chunks. They gave us plastic forks but no knife to cut into the wedges of hard cabbage. The chow mein was dry and definitely the wrong color. Do better !!

Good taste like Panda Express but the owners need to hire at least one more person on the counter. This could be the fastest food option in the airport but having one person plate and one person checkout (while three people are cooking in the back) makes this place slower than Shake Shack which is made to order. Multiple people in line gave up and left because of how slow the service is. Staff is friendly. Food is average. Management and owners, do better.

Food is digesting , they are super slow, and the ladies working the counter are so rude. They were out of broccoli beef and had to make more but was going to take 20 minutes the chow mein was so dry I questioned if it was ever cooked, the only good part about this place is the young man working the register who is very respectful
