I dont typically like to give a review after only trying the place once, but i dont figure ill come back to this place. Food was not good, it was nice that i could see my food being made and the kitchen being open but i still didnt like it. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and i almost got no chicken in it. It was basically vegetables and rice. It also did not have a lot of flavor in it and was definitely not worth the price of the dish.

Was there today(3/9)at lunch time. The drive through was packed! Went in and got the plate deal. Employee kept telling me they were sorry for being so busy and not helping me instantly(within a minute or two)I was impressed by the way they worked as a team. One employee kept telling everyone good job after the crazy rush was over. Nice to see them all working together even when the pressure was high! Hats off! Earned a customer! Food was awesome!!!!

Order a plate with honey sesame chicken and Benji beef onlyto have the beef like hard dry jerky not edible and no chicken mostly veggies sadly soggy and you could yell nothing was fresh sadly it small serving sizes of the entrees and mostly noodles I don’t see this business last long in pitt over prices and slopp 3rd time eating and won’t be going back lost another customer.

Yesterday was my second and last trip to Panda Express. I went the day after they opened and bought meals for 3 people. The ordering is confusing and the food is expensive for subpar taste. Thinking the quality may have been because they just opened I went again. This was a worse experience. 3 people $45 without drinks. The crab Rangoon s aren’t even edible. I’ve eaten Chinese food many times in my life and this place was over priced and by far the worst tasting that I’ve ever experienced. I have nothing good to say about the place other than I’m shocked it’s a chain and successful enough to have built another one here. No wonder I was the only car in line. It’s disgusting.

The shrimp was old, the noodles were hard and crunchy and they had mostly vegetables and a very little amount of noodles. I was excited to drive a long ways to give it a shot, and I was disappointed. Also there was three crew there and only one girl helping everyone.

Went in for a quick bite on my lunch break manager had sent everybody home was not greeted four other people standing in line had not been greeted one other employee was working on online orders instead of people that were currently at the store. I have had Panda alot over the years and the experience at this location was by far the worst. Food wasn’t even close to fresh. Chow mein was dry like real dry and orange chicken sauce was non-existent from sitting so long under/on heat. Anyone with capable vision should of seen this needed thrown away not served. I will never eat at this location again.

Table was dirty, portion sizes for the price were ridiculous, and we had to seek out someone to serve us. They accidentally put my husband’s meal in a to-go box, and the serving size seemed to be more generous in that box, but the bowls are a joke. This is my first time at a Panda Express, and the lo mein was the worst I’ve ever had. We will never be back.
