Honest review!
we ordered the family deal with two sides and three entrées. I ordered the large crab Rangoon and three eggrolls.. We only got three crab Rangoon’s and they were over cooked, the noodles chow mein they were dry, the other 3 entrees they were ok but had to reheat when I got home and mind you I live 4 mins away! They need help… have more staff come in on busy nights like new years eve. all above customer service was good. I appreciate all the beautiful smiles before we clock out this year. Happy New year..

Not sure where some of the low scores went. I’ve been here 5 times since it opened and I’ve been impressed and happy every time. There was no standing around, that I can recall. The food was excellent and I know my food. I’ve been many places around the world. I’m not saying it holds a flame to Italy or especially Greece. I live 15 minutes away, from this particular one, and it’s Chinese food people it’s going to get cold. That’s the best way to eat it. The only thing I don’t like cold is the teriyaki chicken. That stuff is so tender and a great taste not to much teriyaki on it either. So give it another try if you had a bad experience. I’ve found if you go when it’s busy your are more apt to get fresh hot food. That’s the secret at all Chinese places especially buffets.

Waited over 20 minutes for them to make one thing while the rest of the food didn’t even get plated, didn’t give us all of our food, gave us more than what we ordered and charged us for it and told us we don’t give refunds and stood talking to each other while customers didn’t have food

I ordered online and paid for my food. I’ve been waiting for my order while about 20 people have been served before my food was ready! The lady at the counter said it was the time of the year staff calls in. There are 7 worker . 3 on the grill and 4 serving the food up. My food that was ready has been sitting in the boxes for over 30 minutes . This place is ridiculous. To the manager that said oh sorry about that you. You need to learn customer service because you’re not good at it . When I got home my food was cold . 12/17/25

Terrible service the last 2 months and the quality has went down so much since opening. Was so glad to have a panda close but I probably won’t be back to this one until they change things. Service is unbelievable terrible people just want to stand around and look confused of what’s going on. The Oriental lady working today was topping on the cake to make me place this post rude and disrespectful.

I’ll say the restaurant was built so beautifully when it got opened! I love the art designs and atmosphere.
Coworkers (shift leaders/team leads) do need little more training making sure orders is well completed and communication as advise but other than that they’re hardworking and good service.
I would definitely recommend here if you want to enjoy fancier panda express

My and my gf came here to eat. I got a plate and she got a bowl. The portion sizes were normal. The food tasted like panda express. It was a standard visit. The only thing that stuck out to me was how the team on shift seemed to care for each other. It was a ghost town when we came in though.

I’m going to be completely honest. I ordered through the app. Showed up at my scheduled time. They said to pull forward after verifying my name. I did so. They asked if I was someone else? So no communication between staff. I pulled forward to wait for my food. They forgot our drinks. The woman who brought my food out had an attitude and I wasn’t rude to her at all. The food was the worst I’ve ever had. Fried rice was overcooked. The crab rangoon tasted expired I cant even explain it. I eat Chinese almost weekly and the only saving grace was the chicken. Never coming back to this slop hole.
