I’ve worked as a cook at Panda Express so I know when the foods done right. The one time I ate here it tasted just edible enough to eat. Everything had been sitting out and not cooked to the right length of time which isn’t that hard. Also I’ve picked up from here before with uber and they literally handed me the wrong order and it wasn’t marked with a name or anything.

Most time food tasted consistent good at this location. But I found noodles sometimes in different cooking quality- sometimes are soggy sometimes only had noodle no cabbage. Other than that, I still prefer Panda Express more to other Chinese restaurants as majority of those restaurants are so overpriced vs their food quality in recent years.

Blandest most tasteless take on Chinese food I’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting. School lunch room environment with crappy music (if you can call it music) thats playing too loudly.
The rice was tuff, chewy and cold. Spring rolls were bland and oily. Egg roll was burnt and dried out. Broccoli and beef tasted like it was boiled. Orange chicken tasted and felt like you ordered it yesterday stuck in the fridge and reheated it but not all the way then served it. My dr. Pepper didn’t have enough syrup in it. All in all bland and tasteless never going back.

This gentleman made our dining experience wonderful. The food was fresh and the customer service was excellent. Give this guy a raise.

They were “out” of most items and had stopped making a lot of menu items over an hour before they closed. If that’s the case change the hours, or post when the kitchen closes so people will stop ordering. An employee had to ask if the fryer was still on to fulfill an order. Horrible.

I went in for lunch and once I sat down to eat I noticed there was something in the kung pao chicken I could not chew. I emptied my mouth to find a 1/2 inch piece of steel wool. My mouth started tasting like chemicals and I stopped eating.
I let the staff know it was in the Kung Pao and they just threw the steel wool away. No apology or acknowledgment. They didn’t even tell the cooks. They even kept serving the remainder of the Kung Pao to other customers.
I tried eating the Kung Pao but noticed a chemical taste like industrial soap. I threw the rest of my entire meal away including the small side serving of Kung Pao I got as a reward.
There was no manager onsite. Never going back
The manager should be a little more assertive in getting the staff to be attentive to the front of house during busy times.

I don’t know what is going on with this location (Iowa St). I get off work around 7:30pm during the weekdays and pick up food for me and my family. I work literally across the street. So by the time I get there, it’s maybe 7:40. All 3 times this week. Half of their stuff was out. And they weren’t willing to make more for the customers. This is busy store I’m sure, being located in a college town. So to see customers walking out each time clearly upset that half of the menu is already unavailable is obviously bad business. They had already cleaned a lot of the dishes already and were scrubbing the walls at 7:40pm!!! They are supposed to close at 9pm. And I have confirmed this with the employees each time I have came in. One time my son said he still wanted me to pick up something for him from there, so I got him orange chicken and brown rice. The orange chicken was as hard as a rock. This is all within the past month. Don’t get me wrong, I know there is a staff shortage all over, but that is not the case here. I’ve been eating here for the last 8 years because the food was always good, but I can no longer eat here, nor can I recommend it to any of my coworkers anymore. I really do hope things get fixed there.

When there is hair in my food we have a problem. It can’t even be eaten, luckily I have a strong stomach. But this sucks very badly for the 13$ that I paid for the two plate combo.
Doesn’t surprise me all the food was uncovered and looked as if it had been sitting there some time. No hair nets either would not surprised if customers have been swallowing hairs for sometime from this location.
Tried to get a refund or a different plate when I called, and they hung up on me. Which blows cause my limited funds while in college are precious especially when it comes to my meals.

Great food with a variety of selections. Just really wish there were a few more common options for entre’s. Other than that, it is a highly recommended place for Chinese cuisine. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable with the items on the menu. This was in a great location on Iowa street near plenty of shopping and other resteraunts.

Awful, I ordered online an hour ahead to pickup the order at 1:45 and when inarrived the one at the counter requested me to show the order’s name. I told him my name and what the order is and also I shewed him the invoice number, but he still requesting the order name. I opened the browser again went to the history opened the web page and finally found the order with the name and showed it to him. Instead of received my order I get a “you have to wait, the order is not ready”. Then other guy told me, it takes like 5 minutes because the brocoli beef is not ready, then I said ok. Finally after 15minutes I received my order to see that there was only one beef strip. Extremely disappointed.
