But as for the assistant manager Erin (probably spelled incorrectly) she absolutely should not be managing anything. I deliver food part time and twice now that i have had to pick food up for a customer she has been snarky or in my opinion rude.
The first time was Thanksgiving evening. I had an order and went to pick it up at this location. The dining area was closed so i went through the drive thru. They had just closed completely for the night. I went to drive off and cancel the order but i saw employees inside just standing there. So i got their attention and asked if they by chance had finished the order before they closed. Erin was very rude and snarky when stating that someone else had already picked the order up. Why was she annoyed? Im not sure. I just said ok thank you and finished canceling the order.
The second time was this evening… i pulled up to check to see if the lobby was still open before i went through the drive thru to pick up an order. As i was walking to the door she saw me and hurried as fast as she could to get to the doors to lock them. It was 9:36 pm.. an odd time to just randomly lock the doors.
I hate leaving bad reviews especially because the other employees who work there have always been kind. I haven’t had any issues with this location until recently. But it seems like being in a management position may not be a good fit for Erin. She is lacking the customer service skills required for this line of work.
In my first visit, I was left with half of my food, and I had to drive back to get the rest with receipts. To make matters worse, tonight I specifically requested that the rice be separate, but it was still forgotten, and everything in the back was ruined.
This is becoming a nightmare. I don’t want to keep going back and forth twice for my order to be fixed. I’m no longer going to this location. I hope others have a better experience, but for me, it’s a no.
