I come here often but will be going to a different location because of the consistent mistakes that happen at this location. Today I ordered orange chicken and grilled chicken and only received the grilled chicken and didn’t notice until I got back to work.

Sergio was over worked and under paid, but was a delight to interact with, respect, professionalism, and a sense of urgency. I was early for an online pickup and he and team did their best to fill it early, food was standard Panda good, nothing ground breaking but cleanliness, and service were through the roof!

I like the choices of the usual offerings – plenty of chicken dishes and a dish or two of beef, and it seemed just one shrimp dish. I had the Honey Walnut Shrimp and Beef with Broccoli. I am not complaining but merely suggesting that they introduce new ones.
While they work fast, the staff seemed to be overworked.

We ordered orange chicken and it didnt have chicken in it. It’s like in a piece of orange chicken there was almost no chicken at all. I even told the staff and they were not helpful about it saying it has chicken, i at least expected a refund for orange chicken. I will suggest not to order orange chicken.

ABSOLUTELY RUDE closed lobby early no sogns saying so tried telling me they closed sooner then they did when I told him about the sogn on the door he said oh yeah my bad. The couple before us said they didnt give them hardly any food and they wouldnt cook anymore! Avoid at all costs this plsce will close sooner because their workers are TERRIBLE

It’s the closest location to us, so we unfortunately go there occasionally. Just got home and they forgot the chow Mein on one of the orders. The orange chicken I kid you not barely fit into the little cup thing on the to go tray, there was so little. They didn’t give us teriyaki sauce or soy sauce we asked for either. All in all it’s exactly like every experience at this location. And I got nobody to claim but myself for continuing to go there…
