It was okay.. we did an online order pick up & it was semi fast. They had to go into the back and grab it so that took quite some time.
Our food was semi hot but tasted very old and funky. Not like it usually does. And my girlfriend stomach hurt after we finished eating. This was our first time going to this location due to being in town for a movie premiere but we weren’t too pleased. Especially for $18.

I am mostly impressed with the outdoor patio view which I experienced at this restaurant. Situated on top of a bluff, this location takes advantage of the natural landscape. Looking west—although there’s another building that gets in the way—you can still partially observe the sunset from here each evening. Parking lot is kind of limited. Food was slightly better than average: I didn’t give it five stars because the dish I desired contained old vegetables in it, which is a hard pass for me. Unfortunately, this is a common occurrence across restaurants as they mix the fresh food in with the old, instead of throwing the old food out. But I didn’t want to say anything and be a Karen about it, so I simply selected something else. I’ve found that it’s always best to enter in the store, that way you can see the entrées before they place it inside your to go box. With a drive-through, you just get what you get, which doesn’t work for me.

Came here because I live a hop skip jump away and got 20% off so got the mushroom chicken and paid extra for black pepper steak with chow mein. I’ll let you see for yourself the horrible quality of it, i even came early hoping the food would be fresh. I’m pretty sure I just wound up getting leftovers from the prior day. I ate what I could just because I was starving but I will definitely never return. Too bad for me too because I live fairly close.

I ordered the broccoli and beef on my lunch break and got two tiny slivers of beef and the broccoli was still crunchy and hard not cooked. Thanks for charging me 14 dollars for cold broccoli and plain white rice. Never eating here again and dont recommend anyone else does either.

Panda Express is going down hill. The standard they have for their customers is insulting. I ordered thru the drive thru.
Panda Express cares more about their drive thru time than their customers and it shows.
I don’t blame the people working I blame CEOs.

I came into the restaurant and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. Finally, a girl asked if I was with DoorDash. I told her no, I just wanted to place an order. She told me to wait a minute — and then disappeared.

A few minutes later, she helped someone through the drive-thru window, while another employee just stood there doing nothing. I ended up waiting another 15 minutes before anyone finally asked what I wanted to order.

This kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. It was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. If I were the owner, I would never allow to hire employees like the ones was working today . Very disappointing.

The food was raw and when I brought it up to the manager she didn’t do anything about it and tried to gaslight me about the situation and make it my fault… I will never come back!

I went in to pick up a doordash order, as I am walking up multiple employees see me but none spoke to me. After a couple of minutes at the register, Arianna finally speaks up, only I couldnt hear her. She then made a face as I asked her to repeat herself and continued to speak very quietly. When picking up the order, the only words she said was “can you confirm the order” and “youre good” no smile, no thank you, no have a nice day. This location needs to work on their employees customer service skills. After 10 years in restaurants, I cant imagine behaving like that for any customer.

Placed a mobile order for 3 plates at 7:45pm, said it would be ready by 8pm. I live close by so I wasn’t worried about the timing. I arrived and it wasn’t ready yet, which was fine, but I looked around and quickly noticed about 10 other people waiting for pickup orders…..then I noticed how the employees kept serving all of the walk-in customers and not fulfilling online orders. It took 30 minutes past when my food was supposed to be ready, for them to start my online order, and only then was I told “oh, we haven’t had green bean chicken for a few days, you need to pick something else.” That is completely unacceptable. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 is because the food was hot and fresh.

Expectations: long lines (30 min) at peak eating times, no sign when running out of food within hour of closing. Workers are trying their best but management seems to suck. Teriyaki chicken was more like bourbon chicken. Much better than the breading with some chicken for all the other stuff.
