My kiddo loves Panda so it’s common we order her a panda cub meal. This is the smallest portion of orange chicken I’ve ever seen and when I politely asked they stated it’s a kids portion. If this is the actual portion expected, why is this the first time we had to ask why it’s so small in the months I’ve been coming here every other Saturday?

I don’t have any complaints about this place. The staff were friendly and seemed alright to me. They helped me and got me my food quickly. It is Panda Express so if you don’t like that it might not be great but it is in a food court so you got plenty of options. The portion was great, I got the one main dish and one side bowl. It was under ten bucks (I didn’t get a drink though). It was hot and tasted great. No complaints about this place!!

This location has gone down hill in my most recent visits. The chow main noodles smelled like cigarettes smoke and tasted like tobacco. The shrimp was chewy, and not the good kind. Along with that I think some of the shrimp were not prepared correctly.

This was the worst experience I have ever experienced at any Panda Express! We are okay with waiting on our food to be cooked but when we receive the food the orange chicken was half cooked . I had 5 kids with me so I placed there trays so that they can start eating it took a minute to do so. As I sat and began eating after a few bites I noticed the meat was raw . I asked to speak with a manager and was told they had none on duty . I wish I could give -5 stars!! I will be uploading the pictures soon

The guy at the cashier did not put the plate in the plastic bag properly that the food were almost fall out when we sat the food court. He does seem like he’s not enjoying his work. Please have someone else. The lady who packing the food was nice.

Was told the grill wasn’t working and it would be about 10 minutes for the food to be cooked, not a big deal. Took over half an hour for the order, didn’t even get a “we’re sorry” just a bad overall experience

I waited almost an hour for my online order, while the staff were filling orders for people who came well after me. They were also very unprofessional throughout the whole experience. Isn’t online ordering so you don’t have to wait? Also was not offered anything to make up for there complete lack of customer service. Never coming here again. This was the most unprofessional I have ever seen restaurant staff be. None of the workers here should have jobs.

Can’t get service for my family. When I asked after ten minutes to speak to the manager. They are now demanding me to explain why I want to speak to a manager. I simply wanted to order food for my family. The manager seems to be still in the bathroom after fifteen minutes. Apparently when you want to speak to a manager, they make excuses and very ride. I’ll go to another place to get food. Any place, but this one. Still waiting on the manager to come out of the bathroom. Unwilling to even acknowledge a customer or anything at all. This is wild. This is very sad!! My son purchase food from Panda Express West County mall. I wanted the Chili crispy shrimp, but they didn’t have it. I ordered Beef and Broccoli, with fried rice, and I got half done rice, big pieces of uncooked Broccoli with about 3 tiny pieces of meat which I’m assuming was the beef. I paid my money for some inedible food!
