I had a chow mein and honey sesame chicken bowl. The food was good. It was fresh and hot.
The employees were okay. Not great at greeting customers. Not very helpful with app problems.
I ordered through the Panda Express App and it charged my chime account but the order was still in the app and didnt show up and the store. I had to wait 15 minutes for the manager to show up at the store and then was told that if I wanted to get my order I would have to reorder it there in person and pay again. They did give me a discount on my in store order but I seriously paid twice for my order and only got one order of food. The manager said that the charge on my card should be refunded but for tonight I paid $43 for $26 wroth of food.

The AI agent at the drive thru is HORRIBLE. As long as that is being used I will not return. I also feel very sorry for the employees as the AI agent appears to be making their job much tougher.

The AI at the drive thuI is ridiculous as is the lady at the call center after the AI couldn’t figure out my half and half tea. She couldn’t hear me and I couldn’t hear her, due to the traffic. Thank goodness for the friendly team members at the window who corrected my order and the price- after being overcharged by the call center.
Come on Panda Express you can do better than this. Let us talk to your team members who are the face of the experience. They deserve a raise after having to put up with this crap.

It was Friday night and it was crazy. They were working hard to stay up. I was impressed with a worker named Charissa who was doing her best to keep everything flowing and serving everyone with a smile. She is very talented under pressure. Even though we had to wait it wasn’t hard because watching her try to take care of everyone have you a bit of empathy. There were several in her crew that were moving just as fast. My meal was delicious and hot. Thank you Charissa.

Very frequently, they are out of multiple entrees. They will offer to make more, but there will be a wait. Don’t do their drive-thru if you’re in a big hurry.

This piece of cabbage was in my daughter’s meal which was her lunch. It measures 3 1/2” x 2” . It took up a good portion of the bowl. The manager, Matt said he is the one that scooped it up for us. It ruined her lunch and when I called for a replacement meal he only offered to give her some new noodles. We do not live around there and were just there shopping and she was just visiting so why would she want to drive for half and hour for a bowl of noodles. He acted like I was lying about the cabbage size and I offered to send proof. It is bad business and they are rude.

Everything was absolutely great, I only had an issue with the app but that doesn’t affect my opinion on the review of this establishment, food was tasty, drinks are massive, and all for the price of barely $20, in my opinion if you wanted a buffet style fast food Chinese restaurant this is the place to go.

Food was as expected. Service was awful. Jen was too busy texting to come right up. She slow rolled it to me (the only person there) then was very drab and impersonal. She spoke over me, I could only assume because I was placing my order and didn’t do it in the order She wanted. I probably will not eat here again. Although food is good, the employee made it bad and had i had the time, i would have just gone somewhere else.
