My wife & I had a Saturday evening fast food craving, so we stopped in to the Panda Express in St. Ann on our way to some local retail shopping. The drive-thru lane was surprisingly empty, and the line for indoor ordering had only a handful of customers who were served promptly by several staff members. The young man who took our order was very friendly & efficient, and our meals were hot & fresh (one each Fried Rice Bowl, Orange Chicken & Honey Walnut Shrimp, with additional Chicken Egg Roll & Cream Cheese Rangoon appetizers). Serving sizes were generous (we had entree leftovers for a light lunch the next day), and the food quality & flavors were very satisfying. The only knock on the food was that my Egg Roll was slightly undercooked. The indoor dining area was well lit & clean. We will return when we have another round of Chinese food cravings.

Service is Terrible! 20 minutes i line before anyone even acknowledged me. Only 1 guy actually doing his job, a girl in the back just goofing around, other dude “cleaning around the food” for the whole 20 minutes I was waiting, and only having like 10 items from the whole menu. Asked how long on teriyaki chicken only to be told “30 minutes to 1 hour, since our side guy is out and we dont know how to drop any”. Gave me the left over teriyaki chicken except it was RAW!! The whole store is a joke, dont waste your time. And they dont even have ice, strawberry fanta literally turns into a waterfall when you press on the soda.

Don’t come here!!! Not sure why I keep trying to see if they have gotten things worked out because they clearly never will. Why does the food look and taste like it’s been sitting out for hours when it’s 6:30pm. They never have the feature that’s posted on the wall and when you ask if they are making it you get a dirty look met with an I don’t know response. Was going to get the freshly brewed tea but oh wait the lids are shoved into the tea the top of the containers with dispensers off the front like they had no intention of brewing the product they are advertising on the menu. Do you want orange soda or sprite because don’t worry the syrup is out and no one has any intention of changing them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON SUCH A HORRIBLY RAN ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

The food was good the people were great and kind. The drive through was ran by an automated thing, I had no idea what it got and didnt. We ended up having to fix our order with the guy at the windows. He did so willingly. We had no idea what we had ordered till talking with him.

It would’ve been nice to speak with a human during the process of ordering, but that’s not really the big issue, I think the bigger issue is that the fried rice tasted VERY gummy and was very mushy. I threw the whole thing away and just kept the entrees.

The first time eating from this location the orange chicken tasted funky, not like it usually tastes. This last time it was the chow mein I got. It tasted like chemically card board.

The food at this location is trash. I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and an egg roll. The orange chicken was hard with no chicken in the inside. It was all breading. It was totally disgusting. The egg roll was burnt. Every time I visit this location the food is garbage. I made my last visit on last Friday August 9th. Whoever is cooking the food needs to be retrained or replaced. You have definitely lost some customers. I have already told several people not to visit this location due to the poor quality of food.

We got this on a Friday night, ate half of the plate, had very bad sleep because of food. I thought my system is bad. Had the left over today Sunday night dinner and I found a plastic in the noodles. The plastic is from the bag they have the food supplies. I saw them opening a couple of plastic bags, one with cabbage and one with Chicken when we were there. Will have to talk to the authorities to figure out how to sue the location or the chain. We thought this location is better than the Creve Coeur one as they allow us inside to order food instead of spending time in the Drive through.

This location is super hit or miss with food quality / stock and very inconsistent with servings. Sometimes you’ll get huge servings and other times it’s very small servings. They were out of white rice for weeks in 2022, only fried. Just go to Schnucks across the way and load up.
Last week, Sept 6th was pretty terrible. Out of the fried chicken rolls – whatevers; but more annoying was the meat. Very small servings – more like 1 1/2 instead of 2, and just terrible meat. The “orange chicken” was very bland and mostly fried breading. The chicken teriyaki was so fatty and gross, it looked like a pile of wet dog food. Incredibly unappealing. It tasted ok, but was mostly inedible because it was so fatty and gross.
