I ordered a big platter and did not receive full order when called about missing items. the lady hung up on me and I had to call back. When arrived they only gave me a small order of chow mein claiming that was half in a bigger plate. Definitely will not be coming back to this location!

I asked my mother to pick up my order that I made online while she was out. I got a text message at 7:37 PM stating that my order was hot and ready to be picked up. I got a call from my mother at 8:14 PM. She was very upset because not only was the order, not ready, but they had not even started making it yet. The order was placed at 7:27 PM. They didn’t tell her someone was working on it, and she literally found out that they were not. Of course, I tried to call to rectify the situation, but no answer and no voicemail box available. Probably won’t be going to this location again.

Wow, thoroughly enjoyed the food and if you like this style, you will too. Be careful of some dishes you pick as some dishes can be spicy.
Overall cleanliness : they do have a clean eating area but the soda fountain was quite messy. If you can look pass it you will thoroughly enjoy this place.

I went to Panda Express today expecting to enjoy a nice meal for my lunch. However, upon opening my container to indulge in my meal, I stumbled upon a bug in my plate. I’ve never experienced such in my life, and I was highly disappointed once discovering this thing! I was unable to enjoy my meal and was left starving for the day. PANDA DO BETTER!

Manager went above and beyond to fix the mistake i made. Ordered at the wrong location and even though i was mean at first they were so kind and understanding to me. Thank you. That was enough to change my bad day around. You never know what the last straw for somebody is. Being kind can go a long way.

DO NOT EAT HERE THEY HAVE ROACHES. My bf and I got home and as we opened his food a baby roach crawled out of his rice. I can’t make this up. We always go here. For it to be a baby roach that means it’s more. We went to order take out. I called corporate and they gave us three coupons for free meals and our money back but they need to be closed down. Roaches carry many harmful bacteria. When we called and told them she laughed in the background and said she don’t know how it got there. That’s a lie.

We walked in a little after 1 in the afternoon and there were probably nine people in line. Hardly anybody was checking out food. It seems that everybody was waiting for something to be cooked. I did see about 5 or so empty bowls..
A year ago or so it wasn’t so bad, they always had their food ready, everything was fresh and service was wonderful.. I don’t know what happened these last couple times I’ve visited there.

The manager was super helpful. I didn’t even know I lost my wallet. Someone turned it in and the manager immediately called me. Everything was still in my wallet. The food was great and the customer service was amazing.
