I visited this Panda Express this location for the first time and was not happy with the experience. The rice they served clearly tasted like frozen rice that was just reheated and put on the plate. It was very easy to notice it wasn’t freshly prepared. For a first visit, I expected better quality and freshness. Hope they improve their food standards at this location.

Ordered 59.00 in food got 13.00 of the order. They refused to deliver the rest of the order to my house. We are all sick, don’t feel good. They tried to tell me to reach out to door dashboard a refund. Even though I used the panda app.

Website says they open at 10. I arrived at 10:30 to purchase a $50 gift card. The workers were inside but no one came over to unlock the doors. I called. No one picked up. I went thru drive thru. Nothing. No signs on the doors to show store hours. Double checked online and it says open at 10am. You should change your website to reflect your actual business hours.

Whatever has happened to the food quality is garbage. Past 3 times I’ve gotten teriyaki chicken it’s been all fat. On top of that half the orange chicken doesn’t even have chicken in it. It’s just breading with sauce.

As seen in the picture below, I ordered one serving of crab rangoon, one orange chicken bowl and one orange chicken plate. We received all but my second serving of orange chicken and it was served in a bowl. I understand it’s only a few dollars but how many people are they doing this to times a few dollars? Also, I shouldn’t pay for something I didn’t receive.
Additionally, I submitted a customer care request on the Panda Express website and marked that I wanted to be contacted. I haven’t heard from them yet. I’m not saying don’t go here but make sure you check all of your food before you leave because it may not be correct!!!
