Had the displeasure of dealing with Faith at the drive through window. From her buttery yellow teeth to her crappy personality and customer service skills, she was by far the worst part of my day. She got mad all because I wanted an additional item on my regular plate order and insisted that I get a bigger plate even though the bigger plate is more expensive than me just ordering an additional small side. Then at the window when I was paying for my food without even saying hi she started the conversation with “Just so you know next time you need to order a bigger plate.” News flash a customer doesn’t have to pay anything we don’t want to pay for. Without customers businesses don’t run. She also advised me that she has worked for Panda Express for over 4 years. Panda Express do yourself a favor and drop her like a bad habit because she is going to wreck your review page.

I don’t generally go to Panda Express. I was genuinely impressed with the service that I received. I found everyone to be courteous and they smiled. Everything was relatively clean and inviting. I would probably consider dropping by another location of this chain or maybe even stop back by this one if I were in the area.

The portions of entrée here are very small. There was a long piece of blonde hair in one of our plates (which I didn’t realize was actually in the photo as well ugh).
On this visit 12.23.2021 I was given two warm bottles of pop instead of fountain drinks. When I asked for two cups of ice for our drinks the drive thru girl gave me one half full cup of ice with no lid or straw. I’ve ate here a few times without any issues but the service that day sucked.
