I tried to order via the app, but I could not make it to the payment section for some unknown reason.
I drove to the store and had to wait 25 minutes order. The restaurant ran out of white rice and fried rice when it was my time to order. I had to wait 15 minutes for the grilled chicken.
I was extremely impressed how friendly the staff was.
The food was delicious.
All in all, I recommend this restaurant.

The Manager on duty at 10:53am Friday morning on January 23, I believe his name is Josiah was very rude and didn’t start showing any good customer service until he heard me say I was going to do a review on him. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food and the store was over staffed. Which is why I couldn’t understand why it was taking so long. There was only 1 other customer inside with me and they had already been waited on. He offered me something off next time I visited but I said no thank you. I will not patronize this location again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I order catering today. The food was due for pickup at 3:45 p.m. I got there at 3:50 p.m. stood in line for awhile Alexa finally address me telling me she’ll be with me never look back up to see what I need. Finally was able to get someone to help by the name of Joshua I found him I was picking up a catering order and I’ve been here for a while the time is now 4:10. I asked can I get a refund for the catering or could they remake the food because this food been sitting up there for a while he told me he can remake the food or give me corporate number. He went back to talk to someone named Hector. Hector told him the food only been up there since 3:52 and he will not remake it. I asked Joshua can I get the refund the food has been sitting up there now for 25 minutes and I have a 40-minute drive to drop the food off to my family. I asked both Joshua and Hector would they served this food to their family after it have been sitting for awhile plus a 40 minute drive Hector said no. And he said he cannot remake it and he can’t give me a refund call corporate. At the end of the day I spent over $100 on getting food catered and was met with rudeness and poor customer service

Excellent service, fast food, friendly workers, and very clean, they can get quite busy especially the drive through so you might expect a little bit of a wait but it is worth it for the fresh orange chicken and fried rice- nice to check out if your local or passing through.

5/17/25 was the first time I went and I enjoyed the food for the price. Been trying to order here for the past 3 weeks since then they’ve been out of stock. Literally checking the app daily. It’s been nearly a month now, no stock. Not sure if the employees there are getting paid to hang out or what

This pandemic has caused long drive through lines with this establishment. However, long drive through lines mean tasty food in this instance. You can also call in orders & pick up in the parking lot. At this location normally the cars wait around the far edge of the parking lot. Not during my recent visit. There should be a sign directing the drive through traffic along the far edge of the parking lot so more vehicles can enter. Also suggest you guys set up Apple Pay for quicker checkouts.
