Panda Express is usually our road trip comfort food, but this visit was a letdown. Only about two-thirds of the menu was available, and the food looked like it had been sitting out for a while, dry and overcooked. Although the server was friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. Definitely not the best time to visit, avoid going during slower hours when food turnover seems low. Sadly, we won’t be back to this location.

09/10/2024 they have the vegetarian version of the orange chicken, as “Beyond orange chicken” and it was on my bucket list to get it again because it’s so delicious. I’m so grateful to Panda Express for bringing it back, and I’m hopeful they’ll keep it around this time.
Pros:
-friendly employees on 9/10/2024 visit although they were going to serve everyone else first they didn’t have my food cooked yet so I had to ask to at least pay first and not be totally skipped in line
-they have the Beyond orange plant based chicken!
-plenty of seating in the mall food court
-cool fortunes in fortune cookies
-Panda express rewards app can be scanned here
Cons:
-they didn’t have any of the Beyond orange ready and so I had to wait for them to cook it
-the ice water tasted weird and not fresh water

Horrible rices was dry and hard, orange chicken had a nasty taste to it ,walnut shrimp was disgusting and when i asked for my money back when i only took a few bites and told her why and she was super rude and yelled no refunds will never order here again.

The manager Charlie was rude. There was hardly any food available. When I asked him for a sample he said no. I told him the Tai restaurant next to him gives free samples and we eat there once a week. He said “I don’t care”. One other time my family and I had a coupon and he would not honor it. I have never encountered a worse experience. This place should be closed down.

I was expecting to be disappointed since this location is at a food court, but, instead, I was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot and flavorful! It was one of the better tasting Panda Express locations in the area for sure.

My first visit to this chain and I loved the food. I had beef broccoli, almond shrimp and pepper chicken. All three were fresh, hot and good. I’d recommend this to anyone wanting a quick, good lunch!

This place is great in person. But don’t ever let grubhub have you place an order here. It was all messed up and I called to simply ask them to put sauce in the bag which led to an hour long back and forth with GH because they claimed they didn’t have my order and never did. It was a mess. Highly disappointed. But if you’re dining in, it’s really good!

Just ordered several meals online from this location in the Mall. Guess what? They completely jacked my order by #1 not including any lo mein noodles , #2 not including a second dish, which I paid for. Called back and they told me to request the lo main noodles on my next visit. Terrible customer service!!! Panda should shut down this location ASAP!!!

I had beef broccoli and kung pao chicken with noodles. First, the food taste really gross. Second, the food was overpriced. Third, I woke up at midnight from tremendous stomach pain and spent the rest of the night in bathroom. This one should be thoroughly investigated! Not at all recommended.
