We’ve eaten here a couple of times and it’s always been good. Tonight Aiden helped me with my take out order and he was fantastic! Such a positive young man that made sure we had fresh food for dinner! The orange chicken, green bean chicken and mushroom chicken was well loved in our house tonight! Thank you Aiden

Great staff. Food had little to no flavor. Lo mein dry and also no flavor. Needs more hoisin/soy sauce. Rice was bland. Zucchini was an odd addition to the Kung Pao stir fry. Doubtful we’ll return. When it first opened it was excellent.

I’ve been to this Panda Express multiple times so far. The food is okay but seems inconsistent. Today my Orange Chicken was really crunchy or hard as a rock for some of the pieces I was trying to eat. I was eating around 3:30pm so maybe I was eating chicken from hours ago? The other issue I see more than anything is the service is incredibly slow. I was the only one in line and waited almost 5 minutes before someone finally asked me what I wanted. There is also an issue I see with certain managers. One got right on things and told me someone would be with me soon and assigned someone to get my order on one occasion. The other manager they have actually pulled the cashier aside to talk about someone that was complaining about how slow the line was…. I wonder why? I stared at them and my food for a good 2 to 3 minutes while the two ladies talked… Management needs a rework and workers need priorities set so they don’t have three or four people standing around during busy times.

They gave me an extra scoop for having to wait 6 minutes for Beijing Beef. This is appreciated especially since I’m unemployed. I’ve been to Panda in Pekin three times now, everything is as it should be.
A month ago I was at a Panda in Bloomington on Market St. and I asked the lady to make me two plates as she would want them for herself. [I have trouble making up my mind. Also I hadn’t been there before]. She gave me an employee discount. Very nice lady. I came back later and gave her a tip. Very kind.
Thanks to the Two Pandas from a person with little money. It’s greatly appreciated on every level.

My husband picked up a plate for himself and I and brought it home. I really liked the teriyaki and orange chicken but when I started to eat the rice, I found stuff in it that I know should not be there. But if I am wrong, please correct me because I really love this place.

Broccoli beef in particular looked as if it had been sitting under lamp for a couple hrs. Ate in car and regretted saying something. Went inside to complain and ask for a drink. Her response while preparing another drive thru order was not adequate so I walked out.

I wasn’t expecting much from a Panda Express, but the only way this location exceeded my expectation was to be let down.
It was like, 3pm on a Monday – far removed from lunch rush and dinner rush; I wasn’t expecting SUPER fresh anything, just a quick bite to set me on my way. However, after waiting nearly 20 minutes, I had to remind them I was waiting for my food still. Then, they pick up a bag that has been sitting to the side for 15 of those 20 minutes and hand it to me.
The rice was hard and cold. The chicken was rubbery and cold. I asked for a replacement because it was super gross and she gave me an 800 number and said they’d have to take care of it that they don’t do refunds. I said I didn’t want refunds, I just wanted a fresh plate. She said I’d have to order another one and get the first refunded.
I left, ditched the food for them to take care of and went home.

ordered a small order of string bean chicken. where is the chicken???? i didn’t pay almost $6 just for a bunch of green beans. won’t be back.
