Went in 40 min before they closed and all workers looked at us rudely and were laughing for no reason. It was 3 teenage girls including me and we just went in for a quick bite to go. All the workers were very rude accommodating us. They did let us know they were limited on items but we had no problem with that. When walking in and paying for our meals workers gave us attitude and were overall very rude and sneaky one of the worst customer service ever. Keep in mind there were people dining in and going inside restaurant but were mainly rude to us for asking if they can do separate orders in drive thru. I work in a restaurant and do cashier but never am I rude to customers even when we are about to close. If you absolutely hate your job and can’t be nice for a couple hours than it’s best to look for another job. It’s actually sad that three 17 year old girls have more manners than 20-30 year olds.

My wife gets pregnancy cravings for panda all the time so im here often. The staff is always really kind and efficient when i go. I give the food a 5 star on a fast food curve. It’s not fine dining but as far as fast food goes its always fresh and tasty

Why is it that this location closes at 10 or before when they closed at nine
The inside doors were always closed for like 45 minutes too soon then when you pull up to drive-through they have like four things on the menu
We have one serving of this left one serving of that… That tells me the stuff’s been sitting there a while! And of course what I wanted for dinner isn’t available and even when I go and order it during the day they always have a wait on it
I have waited up to 20 minutes for a broccoli beef bowl! ♂️
Why is it the last hour of operation I can’t get what I want off the menu just whatever is scraps from the last hours !?
What is the point of being open an hour later if they’re only serving like four things off the menu and have enough for a scoop here and a scoop there!?

went through the drive through 40 min before they close, was told they can’t do more than one order in the drive through so we went inside instead. was told “you could’ve just went to the window to pay for the first order and came inside for the second one” and so then i was going to give him the money but i thought i was going to pay at one of the registers inside. i started walking to the register to pay and he says “im right here.” um ok?? workers were EXTREMELY disrespectful. if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on me thank you. food was good but customer service was not and everyone was staring at us

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes before I was greeted because two employees telling stories and cussing out loud were to busy!
All the food was gone and none being remade.
Waiting for 20 minutes before I walked out empty handed!
This place needs a serious Mananger adjustment and the franchise owner should be ashamed. Which we all know they aren’t living it up off our money!
Oh yeah! They round up because they don’t accept Pennie’s!!

Went in about an hour before they closed. Most of the food we wanted looked gross but they made everything we ordered fresh. Was worth the wait. Staff was very accommodating.

I got a bigger plate, this item should have 3 entrees and a side. Mind you I paid extra for the honey walnut shrimp. I received this.. I’m so confused as to why I have mounds of orange chicken and a tiny helping of the only thing I’ll eat due to my fiancé and I splitting it. I walked in there and said I have a question… if I paid for a bigger plate then why did I only receive 5 honey walnut shrimp in a box? The lady took it out of my hand and said rudely, “it should be 7 actually.” Oh lol okaaaay. Need I remind you I paid EXTRA for this option. She took them from me opened up my box and COUNTED THEM! Whaaaaat? I said well this is all I’ll eat so I need another small order. This lady rings me out and tells me $7.25! I looked at her and said are you joking! So I’m paying $1.00 each shrimp?! I WILL NECER COME HERE AGAIN! Customer service was terrible and there’s bratty kids running the joint do better Panda Express!
