5 star rating because Maria provided excellent customer service! The team also had my order ready at the time requested. I ordered a family meal and spring rolls online. I picked up my food 20 minutes after requested time. Maria waited and packaged the spring rolls, when I picked up (no soggy appetizer!). This one small gesture made the difference and is an example of great customer service! Thanks again!

I would give more points if I could, the food is nice hot and crispy, got extra box of orange chicken for my family. Flavor is consistent. Service is fast and friendly. I will be back.

The server completed seven mobile orders before acknowledging the four people waiting in line. It took about five minutes, and then she went right back to another three minutes of mobile orders. You’ll likely end up standing in a line that stretches out the door because it’s so close to the entrance, and in-person customers are clearly being helped after mobile orders.

Everything was good the food was excellent but the service was bad because this girl didn’t wanna talk to us when we were ordering and she kept repeating herself and she wouldn’t let me talk and I tried telling her something and again “ what do you want” she had adittude and the rest of the workers were using their phone that is not what you call service

Great food as always. The staff was extra friendly and gave a nice discount for First Responders. They asked if I wanted to sample anything, but I did not. Bathroom was clean also.

Air conditioning is damaged, the ice machine doesn’t work, and the food is too spicy compared to other Panda Express restaurants. I don’t recommend it.

It’s been a hot minute I ate at Panda and I noticed the prices went up and the portion reduced so much that it is noticeable. I thought they are better than Chipotle but they are the same now. With this said, this is my last day eating here.

The food at this location is always great, but I didn’t think to leave a review until today. It was a big order on a busy day, and the manager checked in a few times to keep me updated. Before I left, they offered me a drink for the wait. They handled a packed store with calm and kindness. Really appreciated the extra care.
