Where do I start??
I’ve never seen such a lack of coordination. I was told to wait 5 minutes for ONE ENTREE and ended up waiting over 15 with multiple managers present, as well as regular employees, cashiers, you name it. The managers clearly had no interest in managing anything. Just standing around, I counted how many managers that were there at the time – SEVEN MANAGERS IN STORE. BLUE SHIRTS, BLACK PANTS. SITTING DOWN AND IN THE COOK LINE just watching each other. No progression whatsoever.
The cashier offered no communication, and another employee laughed when I asked for an update. I left and went to a different Panda Express where the item was ready almost immediately under 5 minutes. Management and staff at this location are failing customers, it’s no wonder you’re under 4 stars, keep it up and you’ll never reach 4 either. <3

My recent experience at this place
was not just disappointing—it was genuinely appalling and unacceptable. While the initial error with my food order was frustrating, the staff’s reaction when I attempted to correct it was truly shocking. Rather than offering a simple apology and solution, I was met with extreme disrespect and hostility. The staff members were openly cursing and swearing at me, using a language they clearly assumed I wouldn’t understand. To be clear: I do understand that language, and the content of their conversation was abusive, unprofessional, and frankly, disgusting. To have employees intentionally insult and belittle a customer to their face, thinking they can get away with it, speaks volumes about the complete lack of management, training, and basic human decency at this establishment. This is not a service issue; it is a behavioral issue. Patrons should not have to tolerate being cursed at, lied about, or subjected to such aggressive behavior. I strongly urge potential customers to avoid this restaurant until management addresses and corrects this toxic culture. I will never return.

I always order from here and I keep having issues. I’ve had issues with placing online orders and when I try to call to see if someone can help me NOBODY picks up. I tried to reach them today and NOBODY answers. It’s so frustrating because they make you drive and this issue can be resolved on the phone. I don’t know what the issue is at this Panda Express but every other store has a working phone. You guys need to do better in answering and assisting costumers it’s very annoying when I call over and over again and you guys completely ignore me. The other day I was trying to reach them for 2 hours…. Insane

We come to this Panda Express frequently, and it’s hands-down the best location in the area. The staff are always quick, friendly, and keep everything spotless. I especially want to give a shout-out to Tommy—he consistently goes above and beyond, serving with a smile and making sure my experience (and my team’s) is top-notch every time. Roxanna is a jerk. Gave us little meat when the person ahead of us got twice as much. Right in front of our face. There were 3 pieces of sesame chicken left and didn’t even put it in. The top of the bowl isn’t even covered. The person waiting for the orange chicken before us got 3 full scoops of orange chicken while we got 1 and a half. Like come on now Roxanna. What’s your problem.

Very bad service as i entered in the nighttime i was told anything could be made fresh once i started ordering the lady and the man there argued over actually doing it fresh it led me to just canceling my order all together and losing my appetite such service is the reason why i don’t indulge in this location now it is always poor customer service as well as poor food quality

LITERALLY, every time Hanna works, you get half the amount per every meal. I just purchased food for the third time while she works and she doses out the smallest portions, LITERALLY half of what others give. PLEASE SOMEONE TALK TO HER…if I see her working again, I am leaving immediately. 6 pieces of chicken per each type of meat on a plate!!!!!! This is pathetic
