Went on a weekday around 8:30 PM. The place was clean.
Walnut shrimp: tasted good.
Kung pao chicken: Tasted nice. Was a little too spicy
Orange chicken: was nice more on the average on taste and flavor
Fried rice: tasted good and fresh
Noodles: didn’t like the taste of noodles. Was more bland.

I like the atmosphere and layout at this Panda express; it feels relaxing. The wall art is nice, the staff was nice. I had a good experience.

Been here several times and each time they really skimped on the food portion. Attached a photo of the meal right out of the bag and you can see a whole section is missing with the noodles and chicken. Tried giving this place several chances, when I asked if I could get a little more, the worker smirked and looked at me like I was crazy, no words, and stared at me as if I was for real. It’s a shame because panda increased their prices and also this place skimps on the portion.

Went in panda today to order food and inform the manager last time he served me he skimped me on the rice after showing Ernesto the picture instead of apologizing for not fulfilling my order properly he instead started being disrespectful said that they are over on their food budget which has NOTHING to do with not giving me the correct food amount especially when you raise the prices I’m not asking for anything except what I PAY FOR is this how your managers represent your business? Been a loyal customer with panda for years but after this disrespectful experience I’ll be taking my business where they treat their customers right

They’re usually quick which is good, except fact that every time I go here and order teriyaki chicken I end up getting plain chicken, even when I ask to make sure there’s teriyaki sauce. If I order teriyaki chicken I kinda expect to eat teriyaki chicken! You gotta go inside to make sure your getting what you ask for unfortunately

Ordered a bowl ok 5/31 got home started to eat the food and felt something cut my lip. Found a big piece of metal in the food. METAL not hair or some paper or something a piece of metal. Returned to store and they refused to give me a refund. That’s insane if this was swallowed could’ve cut up my inside. And employees managers couldn’t care less.

Update: kids really wanted panda so we gave it a try. Closed again 8-16-21 with a sign saying its due to staffing.
Closed at 4 Sunday 8-15-21….no reason. Had 5 other cars pull up while I was there. Not use to major chains making up hours of operation. Food is normally pretty good.

I walked in, and the person behind the counter began serving me without any gloves. That’s disgusting. They informed me that it is not policy to wear gloves. Even more disgusting. Used to be ok quick chinese food, now just nasty. Do better panda express :/
