Reviews
In her review, she complains that the walnut shrimp was old and cold. She has no idea whether it was old or cold because she specifically asked for everything to be made fresh right off the bat. I didn’t even know you could request fresh items at Panda. People go to fast casual places like Panda for hot and ready food, the whole point is that it’s fast: you go in and you go out. So if you ask for something to be made fresh, you’re obviously going to have to wait.
She also claims the cashier insisted on giving a white guy a free egg roll for no reason other than him being a regular. The real reason the cashier gave it to him for free was because they saw it was his birthday on the app when they scanned his points. The manager standing right next to them approved giving the egg roll because of that. In her review, she claims she and the guy were waiting for the same item and that she should’ve gotten a free egg roll too. Another lie, the guy wasn’t waiting for the same item; he was just waiting to pay for his food. She made herself wait by ordering a whole entree fresh. It’s insane to be mad at someone for getting a birthday freebie. Why make it about you?
Then she complains that some of her food was cold, but obviously it got cold because she asked for half her order to be cooked fresh, meaning the rest sat there waiting.
She also claims she saw the cashier give “2.5x scoops” of food to other white and Latino customers. That makes no sense. At that ratio, the food would’ve been spilling out of the boxes.
What she also conveniently left out is that she got mad at the cashier for mispronouncing her name and, for some reason, got angry when the cashier grabbed her box. Why get mad at someone just trying to do their job? She looked around 40 years old, and her behavior was nasty and rude the entire time. She’s way too old to be acting like that toward anyone. And to be clear, none of this had anything to do with race, she was simply rude from start to finish.
The cashier handled her pretty well despite having to go through all that.
Anyway, get the Broccoli Beef and the String Bean Chicken Breast. They’re pretty good.
She’s not smiley at all and you feel like you’re punishing her when you order something
I’m not sure if she’s not the right person to manage a place like this because she’s making everyone else around her the same
I’m not feeling welcome. They don’t smile it’s horrible.
