Accidentally ordered something with peanuts in it when I am allergic. I contacted them to ask if I could come back with the food uneaten (obviously) and get something else, and was told they wouldn’t do it because it was technically made correctly and wasn’t their problem. Out over $15 because of their unwillingness to help.

First time I have been at Panda, where they were barely keeping up with the food supply. I do not know if they were short on staff or unusually busy. One person had to serve the food and then check that person out. Their orange chicken was excellent, the chicken with mushrooms was fair, and I disliked the cream cheese Rangoon. They have seating inside and out. The inside was very clean.

The chow main noodles at Panda Express once had all kinds of veggies on it; cabbage, carrots onions, garlic, and the selery and lots of flavor. Now, its just bland noodles with bits of cabbage. Just because some people don’t like onions doesn’t mean you have to change Chinese traditional dish to suite their lame lack of taste. I’m very disappointed, Panda Express used to have great tasting chow main.. Please reconsider bringing back the real thing.

I’ll let the photo do most of the explaining… I ordered panda express today around 545pm through Uber Eats and I got a plate with one of my entrees as Broccoli beef. I was a bit hesitant because all the Panda’s are pretty cheap about putting a lot of beef especially when it’s delivery and you’re not eye balling the employees to put more beef but this one was just ridiculous. I got all broccoli and 1 very tiny piece of beef. This isn’t the only time this panda express in Mokena has disappointed me though.

We’ve been going for the past year to this location and the food has definitely gone downhill these past few months. Not the same freshly made tasting food. Chow mein is cut up in tiny pieces almost looks like the leftovers on the bottom but it’s not. That’s how it’s served now. That’s my biggest complaint because that was always our main entree and now it’s so bad.

I went in because there was only one car in line and I thought it would be quick. After ordering, they directed me to the front. Of the building where 5 other cars were waiting for their food. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for “chinese inspired” fast food. I feel scammed.
