Cashier Emelyn R, has a very nasty attitude problem. She should not be in customer service, talking poorly to paying customers giving dirty looks and her sassy attitude, it’s very bad for business.
While paying for my food, I did not appreciate her moody attitude at all and I didn’t understand it either, as it caught me off guard.
I’m sure I’m not the only customer who has had the same experience with her attitude.
Management needs to address this with her because it sounds like she’s in the wrong line of work.
Now when I decide I want Panda Express for dinner, I will think twice about this experience and gladly take my money to another location. Do better.
Total 180!! Everything was fresh and the team working, worked so well together. It was busy too but they were on top of it! Handling guest as well as online orders that print out at the front of the line.

The lo mein noodles were perfectly cooked and not stale. Each strand was tender drenched in their savory sauce. The sweet and sour chicken was crispy but tender in the inside coated in their tangy sweet and sour sauce.
Even my sisters adorable cat ⬛ couldn’t resist the aromatic allure as she sat there watching me with her big eyes hoping I would drop something.
The veggies were crunchy adding a refreshing taste. Lastly enjoying the fortune cookie and charming message.
Overall it got my taste buds dancing . Thank you for keeping the food fresh and delicious.
I’ve been a regular of this location on and off for years with my Mom. Always an online ordering gal. Gotta get those points, right?
I placed my order a little after 6:30 to be ready asap. It can depend on obvious conditions on when it would be ready each time I order. I was given a pick up time of 6:55 but according to my receipt it was supposedly not received until 6:52? That’s confusing considering the majority of the times I go to pick up, my order is already ready and I can see it on the shelf.
I came to pick up my order. I always wait patiently, and had spotted my usual 2 plate order bagged up and ready with my name on it. Of course there was a doordasher who thought he was more important and got in front of me. Fine. Then next think you know, my order is gone! I tell the cashier this, and doesnt even bother to apologize, confirm/ease my suspicion, or even verbally confirm with me that the order would and or could be remade. She asked me for my name for like the 3rd time and I may have sounded exasperated. I was starting to get mad, however I wasnt trying to express rudeness. I do my best not to take my exhaustion out on people but hey, it happens right? And I’m sorry in that can be perceived as hurtful. (I also just want to note that we have had issues spread out over time similar to other experiences mentioned here, however we had forgone those.) I am never one to publicly express my experiences unless something egregious such as this warrants it.
Continuing on, she essentially told me to not be that way and then I told her then maybe don’t give my food to the wrong person. I was not trying to cause trouble! I’m not 100% sure if she heard me but I didnt say anything else after that. Not one single apology from anyone.
My mom, seeing how upset I was when I got home, went back and made a complaint. They wanted to claim my food wasnt even ready. THE MANAGER told my mother that good, never to come back.
We do not appreciate nor deserve that treatment. I will be requesting deletion of my rewards account. You guys obviously need to set higher service standards for how well you pay.
This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Panda Express. The food was cold, overcooked, and tasted like it had been sitting out for way too long. Portions were small, and nothing had the fresh flavor you’d expect.
On top of that, the staff was rude and rushed, like they couldn’t care less. No greeting, no thank you, and zero attention to the order. The place didn’t feel clean, and honestly, the whole visit was just off.
I won’t eat from here ever again. There are way better options nearby where at least they treat customers with some respect and serve fresh food.
