I went in around 9:20 pm as they are scheduled to close at 10pm. However there was hardly any protein options made I really had a choice of 4. That really wasn’t my issue I was accommodating as I know they were almost done for the night. My issue is what I got in my food. As a pregnant woman this could’ve ended up really bad had I not noticed it. There was a metal piece from a scrapper or Brillo pad in my noodles.

Do not order here from this location. I ordered my food online for pickup and when I got home both the plates i ordered had absolutely no portions of the entrees. It was mostly full of rice and chow mein. The messed up part was that they added a layer of rice under the entree portions to make it look like it’s “full”. I ordered the new bourbon chicken and they only gave me THREE PIECES OF CHICKEN!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

Service at its finest or there lack of… waited about 8-10 minutes and the girl just kept ignoring everyone including one of her coworkers who was taking out trash and couldn’t serve us. Three different customers walked out at the same time, even after the lady in front of us tried to get the cashier’s attention. She was just talking on the phone and laughing, video/photo attached… amazing service

I would have given a 5 star rating, but then u wouldn’t be able to make you laugh with this review. We ventured in this evening for a quick bite. We had a great experience, the service was swift and friendly. More importantly, the food was hot and fresh! So we get all the way home and preparing to eat, low and behold, there aren’t any forks or napkins

Got a bowl and the server only filled it half way. Every other time I have gone to other Panda Express locations, the bowl was completely filled. Very slow service, took 20 minutes to place my order with only 4 people ahead of me. Won’t return to this location.

I ordered the angus steak entree. But received the Wok-seared steak and shrimp entree. When I called them to get a refund, they said no but that I could drive back up to the location and get the right entree. My drive is 15 minutes away. I cannot drive all the way back there for one entree. I should have been able to get a refund.

On Tuesday February 24, 2025 I placed a order for a larger plate of Beef & Broccoli, Sesame Chicken and Honey Walnut Shrimp for pick-up. The order was ready on time however, when I arrived home with the order it was incorrect. I had been given two orders of honey walnut shrimp. When I phoned regarding the order the staff person made me aware they were out of the sesame chicken, and took the liberty of substituting additional honey walnut shrimp without consulting me the customer in advance. When I requested to know why I was not informed prior to the substitution the worker, he became rude and argumentative. I requested to speak with the manager, who returned my call within 15 minutes. Luna who listened to my complaint and agreed I should have been informed prior to substituting. As a good faith effort Luna authorized a complimentary replacement meal, along with a additional courtesy meal with the entrees of my choice. I had never experienced a problem before at any Panda food locations, and was surprised at the behavior of this staff member. However, very please with the response time and quick resolution from Luna the manager. A few days later I picked up my complimentary entrée, all was well and staff working on that day were efficient and pleasant.

I dedicated my time to type this meaningful review. I had an amazing experience here, as I entered the doors, was greeted right away. I’m a vegetarian so many places don’t have many options, and the manager Luna was able to help me decide which options are suitable for me. All the employees were hard working and keeping things clean! The cook was quick with the food, David is amazing! I love how they all work as a team fast and efficiently, will be returning. This is my favorite Panda Express!
