Absolute rock bottom. The first time I ordered the big plate set I felt sick and thought maybe it was just too much coffee. But after ordering from this place again, I got even worse food poisoning. At this point I’m convinced this is the worst place to eat in the entire United States. I’ve had gas station food at 3 AM that was safer than this. If you care about your stomach, avoid this place at all costs.

Im not sure why this place isn’t 5 starts such an AMAZING staff ❤️ They work as a unit and they all greeted us at the door. Fresh made food they are ON TOP OF IT. The way they work is in sync. Bree managed the group well and was very visual about everything going

I have a problem with this location every time I come in. The bigger plate comes a side. The side is on the side not in the plate. Nobody can understand that. The bigger plate comes with three entrees and a side. The side option is a side not in the plate.

This panda on HARLEM&CERMAK ish is good but they need to cook the rice well again like they used to it’s too sticky and it’s in balls like knots it needs to be separated it’s rice also the chicken seemed ok but looked like it needed a bit more time on the skillet I know it gets busy but it’s food and it needs attention and delicacy. At times they do have attitudes but over all food always good until now but needs work

I order the plate combo with super greens. 2 issues. First, most of the time I have to wait too long for them to cook them. Second, when I open my food I find that the few stiff broccoli stalks are huge. I do drive thru, and there is no knife. Please cut the broccoli so we don’t have to eat it with our fingers!!

I came here to buy dinner. I noticed they were featuring a new dish so I asked her for a sample. The lady had to ask the manager and the manager said no. I thought that was strange when featuring a new dish. I ordered a family package and asked if that is a chain wide policy or just this store. She said it’s only for this store. I am not sure what’s going on here. But thumbs down for this dumb policy. Let your image be the cost. If you’re costs are that sensitive to sampling then either increase price by 20c or close. You don’t respect me, I don’t respect you.

This place is very unique because it has a drive-thru. However, I went inside to eat. They were going through food left and right and I decided to order the mushroom chicken which had just come out. It was fresh and delicious and I took it to go. I would definitely recommend this place for the high quality of service, the food and the cool drive through that most do not have. I will be back soon
