Very disappointing experience at this Panda Express. The staff was extremely lazy, disorganized, and unprofessional. My food was prepared and then just placed to the side, sitting there, while employees stood around doing nothing. When I asked for the teriyaki chicken to be cut — which is a basic part of the order — nobody wanted to do it. I had to wait and ask multiple times, and the attitude I received was rude and dismissive, as if I was bothering them for simply asking for what I paid for.
There was no sense of teamwork or customer service. Employees seemed annoyed, uninterested, and completely unmotivated. No communication, no courtesy, no effort. Fast food is supposed to be fast and efficient — this was neither.
I don’t mind waiting if people are actually working, but this was pure laziness and poor organization. On top of that, the lack of basic politeness made the experience even worse. I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend it unless management seriously steps in and retrains the staff.

This panda sucks, the staff is just rude and not polite at all, no greeting, no thank you, no smile, no nothing from staff, to top it off, they’re food taste extremely greasy and weird. I’ve been to many pandas before, but this one is bad, either get a whole new staff change or just shut the place down, the people cooking are bad, the servers are bad and the cashier’s are also bad, so what’s the point of even having this panda here. Go to the thousands of other nearby avoid this one at all cost, you’ll be wasting your time and money putting up with their rude staff and bad food.

Customer service at a panda express is always rough, so expectations weren’t high. The food itself was half and half. The egg rolls and Beijing beef were clearly fresh, but everything else was not. Most of it also arrived cold, which wasn’t the biggest deal, but overall the experience wasn’t pleasant.

Came in for 2 family meals at 9:15 pm was told it was too late couldn’t do my order couldn’t do anymore food didn’t make any special requests there was barely any food on the hot tables customer in front of us were asked if they wanted to wait for the food I was just told NO!

The fact that I had to make 2 trips and I don’t get the miscommunication between managers I told them I paid cash and they couldn’t refund my 30 dollars and offer a gift card and r something considering I found plastic in my food and I go to panda atleast once a week this is not my usual location but I expected more smh they just want to replace the food and wanted me to wait another day till the contacted the owner and why they couldn’t say that the first day
