Went 3 times within a week and very disappointed about my last transaction with you guys. Got a medium box of honey sesame chicken and half the box was full of green beans. I spent over 20$ ate all my food and I’m still hungry. I feel you guys owe me money this was such a rip off. I even waited for you guys to make a fresh batch and you wasted my time. & Every single time I come here I’m waiting for you guys to make a fresh batch of something because you’re always out, the only thing you guys always have ready is orange chicken. I’ve even witnessed you drag your feet on my order when I saw the batch was ready. Some employees are lazy always taking long for no reason. I rather of gone to Minghin cuisine right next door for 20$+ they would give me a generous portion and I’d have left overs. Just as good if not better. Not sure I’ll be coming back after this and if so not often at all.

Today I stopped by to get food, and unfortunately the portion of rice was much smaller than usual — just one scoop.
It felt inconsistent with what I normally receive at this location.
I was disappointed with the experience and hope this can be addressed in the future.

Went to this location because the one by me was closed. I ordered 3 plates online, waited 25 minutes and arrived to find it wasn’t ready, then watched as they served everybody in line before me until they ran out of what I ordered and I then had to wait longer for a fresh batch.
What’s the point of ordering pickup when they save you for last after you get there? I might as well have walked in and waited in line. Was in the restaurant waiting an additional 15 mins and They made me late for a surprise bday party I was picking up the food for.

So I never go to Panda to eat, But everything else was closed and I was starving so I came and ordered a few items. I seen there was hardly any food avaliable except for a couple walnut shrimp and a ton of teriyaki chicken, So I got the shrimp and chicken. The chicken was so slimey and gross, It was like eating chicken flavored gum! It killed my whole appetite! The walnut shrimp was decent. Can’t wait to never go back again. Lol.

Came in 20 minutes before close and the employees were cleaning and putting everything away and had nothing left out but rice and 2 meats. I worked in restaurants as a teen and we never had everything all put away till we officially closed. Absolutely ridiculous.

My girlfriend and I ordered thru the app had no problems, until we got a call back saying that they didn’t have enough white rice for the both of us. I said ok I’ll do half white rice and half greens on one and the there takes the rest of the rice. They ended up giving my order correct except the greens were total mush I coudnt even eat them, and my girlfriend ended up with chow mein which she does not enjoy at all. I don’t understand how you guys got it all mixed up even after a simple phone call.

VERY small servings. Orange chicken… what little was given, half of them were hard as a rock and inedible. Teriyaki Chicken… three little pieces and no teriyaki sauce so just chicken. Soda… didn’t taste like soda but like seltzer water – they need to change the coke flavoring… I order several times a month for lunch. It has been steadily going downhill. But today has been the worse overall experience yet. I am finally done….

This place is busy okay a Saturday night! My wife ordered take out so we could relax in the hotel after long days sightseeing. She enjoyed her meal and couldn’t finish it all! Great portion sizes! Also great fortune she got and I had to add “in bed”
