I had a much better experience at Panda Express this time compared to my last visit. The service was great—the staff greeted me warmly and were much more attentive. The portion sizes were generous, definitely worth the price. The food quality also seemed improved, fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was noticeably cleaner, making for a more pleasant dining experience. Overall, it felt like they stepped up their game, and I’ll definitely be back!

I went through drive-through tonight and got a plate. I had asked for soy sauce and teriyaki sauce never received any i also didn’t get any silverware or napkins and the guy at the window wasn’t very pleasant. Maybe he was having a bad night

Food is good. The drive thru is a joke. There was 4 vehicles in the driver thru and waited almost 15 mins before I got to place my order. Waited 5 mins at least for them to take my order, after they completed the order in front of me. Hopefully it improves but it hasn’t the last few times I have gone. Rather go to Culvers because at least it being cooked fresh.

I have only visted during the lunch time. I would suggest dropping by around 11 for lunch. The line gets long and you are waiting a good 20 minutes to order.

I understand being short staffed…. I ordered through thier app and gave 20 mins past the estimated pickup time. Pulled thru the drive thru just to be told that I could go find a parking spot in the small parking lot to come inside and grab it instead of just sitting in drive thru. Walked in and they had it ready and waiting in the drive thru window so they had to go grab it.

They were short staffed when we were there. A long wait for food and there wee many serving entrees empty.The tables were not clean. Food is usually good, but staff was a bit stressed.

Well…to keep it short….I found metal threads from a stainless steel scrub brush in my food. Only found this after swallowing a couple bites and experiencing a sharp pain in my inside cheek…. guess that 10 dollar lunch is going to turn into an expensive trip to the hospital for x-rays to check for foreign object. Don’t eat here.

This location is a joke. They have 5 people working, but only 1 of them is taking orders and one cooks. What the other three are doing is anyone’s guess. Was same situation the last time I came in too. We had a mobile order but no one even looked up to allow me to grab my food so I stood there for 10 minutes. They really need to do better or teach their employees that they can do more then one task at a time. Unfortunately this last time will be my last time at this location.

I went drive-through Saturday it was really busy and the lady who was there was really sweet and nice she had a really beautiful smile her name was SANDHYA she was trying her best to be fast and she helped me pick panda crafted flavors and she picked her favorite watermelon mango it taste so good the food was outstanding and amazing it was so fresh, would like to come more.
