I understand that there may be company policy for the amount of food served in each entree – but I ordered a bowl and barely got any chicken in it. Any other time I’ve come here, it’s typically packed with chicken. Kind of disappointed I paid $10 and barely got anything.

You’ll find the friendliest staff and the best value meal in Sioux Falls here! Erik, Jesse, Kell, Hunter, Sigon, and the whole team are always smiling and incredibly patient with customers. The food’s consistently delicious, the service is dependably amazing, and the restaurant is spotless. My only suggestion? Sioux Falls could definitely use a bigger Panda location with a more convenient parking lot!

I was hosting a baby shower 2/28, I ordered from this location for catering 5 days prior to my event as that is the earliest option it gave when going on the website to order. My order was about 400 bucks in total feeding 50 people. Paid online and put estimated pickup time to 12 o’clock, as I was expecting people at 1. I got a call from the store manager letting me know that the building had a gas leak and they would not be able to fulfill my order (I know things happen and it wasn’t anybody’s fault) my question is instead of telling me they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my order why they wouldn’t call the other Panda Express we have in town to make things right? Why am I getting told about this 30 minutes before I was supposed to pickup my food order? I then asked the manager that called me if that was an option if the other store could make my food and they could credit them somehow, he proceeded to tell me it might be possible he would have to call the store and ask. I called back after 10 minutes of not hearing back from considering my time crunch. He said the other store would make it, so I called the other store to confirm. They told me they weren’t able to start my order until I went to the original store I ordered from to get a refund and then go to there store to pay for it. Absolutely ridiculous and super frustrated at this point, I called back the original store to talk to the manager again and let him know what the other location said for him to tell me they were just going to make the food at the original pickup location. Really bad communication.

This place was packed right from walking in and I can tell why. The service. Friendly, helpful, efficient! The food is what is expected from all pandas so no surprise there but other than that I’d definitely go back. For the price you can’t beat it!

Me and my wife came here for supper and the food is pretty good. I got the bigger plate i got 1/2 steamed white rice and the other half fried rice. I got orange chicken and honey sesame chicken and both are very good. My wife got the bigger plate as well she got 1/2 noodles and the other half steamed white rice. She ended up getting Beijing beef, orange chicken and honey sesame chicken. She liked her food especially the beijing beef. We got crab Rangoon and a chicken egg roll those were pretty good as well. The staff were pretty friendly. Overall this place has delicious food if you want Americanized Chinese food. This place is not for you if you want authentic Chinese food.

Half staff was on there phone they were busy. Over charged. Only got 2 medium white rice, 1 panda bowl, and 2 small fountain drinks total should have been 16.30 before tax yet they managed to charge $24.40. Definitely contacting the District or regional manager and BBB. How many other people have the robed today

Went into restaurant 2 times this week, stood there waiting for someone to come and help, they were not busy at all, employees just looked at me, waited for over 10 minutes, left. Tried again today after work, exactly the same seneria.

So glad siouxfalls got this awesome place to eat at, went in today order what I needed then sat down and ate my heart out..
The only thing bothered me was the loud Mexican music being played.the food tatse so good…so what are you waiting for go now when open.

It literally tasted like cleaner was in my entrée bigger plate… Will definitely not be returning for any business there. How sad is it that we paid for food poisoning??
