worst in my life. Does that worth for that price? A few pieces of chicken, a handful of rice, tiny strands of noodle?!The tiniest portions I’ve ever had at Panda than before

They sold out of kung pao ckn and did not mark it on the Boost. They stuck thousand people bc of kung pao. I’d to take their back up ckn options instead of kung pao and they waste a lot of lunch time to solve this problem.

Stop apologizing and fix the portions for customers PLEASE!!!!

This establishment is a disaster and a horrible representation of Chinese food in the US. The staff are extremely tired and rude, shouting at each other especially at night and crashing out. A lady who seemed to be the manger was constantly yelling at employees for putting too much food in people’s plates. As an Asian, I’m horrified at that our food is being represented with such terrible service. They also don’t have 50% of what’s offered at a normal Panda Express.

Ordered a bigger plate (3 entrees and a side), which on pandas website and every panda I have ever been to, they gave you the plate+to go carton/box. Here when I ordered the bigger plate all they gave me was a plate. When I asked “hey every time I’ve been here they usually have a little box as well because it’s 3 entrees” they said, well we put the three different types of entrees in the plate… I don’t want 3 different types, I want 3 servings of entrees…
So anyway, just get the plate instead of the bigger plate because they’ll give you the same amount of food either way.

Unacceptable bro. Teach your employees to have some common sense. Does this chow mein look up to standards for you. All I’m asking for is noodles with my cabbage. You guys have done this too much and I’m sick of it, also why did your portions get so much smaller in the last month? Get replaced like the chick-fil-A

Food has been decent lately but what happened to super greens, kung pao, and broc beef? A consistent menu would be appreciated.

As you one can see, there is a lot going on here. Seen below is the chow mein, orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and Mongolian beef. The food is usually ok at this location, but it is often understaffed sadly.

If you have the choice between Coffman and Carlson panda CHOOSE CARLSON. They give the smallest portions here and at Carlson they struggle to close the container.

The food portions are…. I only ate 2 pieces of the chicken before taking a photo. Not sure if they are portion controlled a lot but this is kinda crazy for portions.

I got a bigger plate, full chowmein, honey walnut shrimp, teriyaki and benjing beef

Noodle texture feel okay, feel like it been sitting out there for about 20 min, flavor : bland, oily but for the price me dig

Shrimp feel frozen, rush, feel sloppy, like it been sitting out, walnut crunchy, 8/10 flavors wayy to sweet, feel like i’m eating a desert

Benjing beef feel frozen, rush and sloppy, underflavor, bland, old and chewy

Teriyaki chicken feel old, rush, flavor okay but if compare with the whole dish, it tastes like everything the same, repetitive flavor.

Everything feel rush, sloppy, cook prob just go through the motions for his paycheck ( which i understand )

Finally: lack of passion

6/10
